You want so much when you travel. Maybe it isn't realistic. It doesn't matter we all want a lot and during vacation we want more. This was the first time we stayed at a bed and breakfast. For me the whole idea of it was weird so I didn't know what to expect. It was anxious about the whole thing....

We are so glad that you felt comfortable and as though you were "home away from home". This is the feeling we try hard to achieve. Hope you will return again for a relaxing getaway.

A short get away, my hubby planned a stay at this B&B. Due to a death in the Heinly family, we were greeted by Luz, the housekeeper. Friendly ad helpful, she made our start great. When asked for a place in town to eat, she told us about the Hotel Wayne on Main street (separate review). We went upstairs to...

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. It is our pleasure to provide you with relaxation and a quiet retreat. The best part of a true Bed and Breakfast stay is meeting nice people whether other guests or from the management side, the travelers.

Hubby and I arrived the evening after Christmas and met the owner, Warren, outside spreading ice melt for us, having just arrived home with his co-owner wife, Janet, after a Christmas visit with family. We felt welcome right away. The breakfasts for the 3 days we were there were varied and delicious, including fresh fruit everyday. The Wayne room was...

We have been staying at the James Manning House each year for 8 years. Everything is perfect, outstanding breakfasts, spotlessly clean and wonderful owners. We always feel at home when we are there. When we leave, it is like leaving family.

This was our 3rd stay at the James Manning House. My husband and I come to celebrate our anniversary each year(next year is on the books!) . Whenever we travel we stay at Bed and Breakfasts and this is by far the best we have been to. Janet and Warren are the nicest people- warm accommodating and gracious hosts! They...

Breakfast is an important meal. We want our guests to enjoy their food and it is our pleasure to serve up some hearty "vittles"! In reality, we try to cook with fresh and local produce, using healthy alternatives to fats and sugars. Some of our recipes can be found on our website.

After the title, what else can I say? This might be one of the best B & Bs we've ever stayed in. The room, the grounds, and the hosts are simply lovely. Let's start with the room. We had what amounts to a suite. It had loads of room with two comfy chairs. The bed was lovely. The decor was...
