I stayed in the Waterfront Hotel for one night after a birthday party held in the function room at the same location. Everything, from the preparations, decorations and food for the party together with the standard double room I was allocated was faultless. The staff in all roles were unfaiingly helpful and efficient and my room was extremely clean and...

Stayed one night in a single room. Staff friendly hotel clean but single bed very small leading to a poor nights sleep. Breakfast was overrated. Deep fried to a crisp hash browns and biscuit like black puddings. Self service hot food but eggs had to be ordered. Food cold by the time the dripping in oil eggs were served. As...

I will start by saying i have stayed in this hotel many times before and have tried different sized rooms. What i will say no matter which room ive had, they have always been spotlessly clean... Some of the smaller doubles do have a quirky pole in them from when it was an old mill but adds to character. I...

This is the 3rd year we have visited Brighouse to see the Victorian Xmas Market staying at the Waterfront. The room was excellent and the staff very attentive, nothing could be faulted. The restaurant delivered outstanding food and a satisfactory selection of wines. All being well we will be staying again in 2017. Definitely worth the 100 mile plus journey
