We were greeted by Lewis! What a lovely man! He really made us feel welcomed. My mom and me only stayed the one night and it was very enjoyable. The room was super clean and the beds weren't bad either. Breakfast was really lovely even had it in bed!!! So impressed, long term short term I would go anyway else...

We booked well in advance £405 for 3 nights. The room was small (single beds pushed together!) and we were completely over powered by the smell of bleach to the point we had to leave the windows open all day and night. We were kept awake by noisy guest roaming around from 3am because they couldn't get in. When they...

So sorry you was disappointed with your stay over this our busiest weekend of the year. The Guest House was booked by a group of ten horse racing fans from London who had managed to book rooms separately (we don't encourage group bookings/stag/hen nights) the Guest House is staffed 24 hours every day and my manager did ask the guests...

I booked this B&B after reading good reviews on here and having looked at their website, decided to stay. Firstly the good points, plenty of free on street parking, quiet location, close to the station and the prom. Hats off to whom ever created the website, which claims to offer the best night's sleep for guests and describes the dining...

What can I say there is no excuse for some of the points you have kindly raised this was a very quiet week yes we did have a group of contractors who where up early for breakfast. I have personally overviewed the room and changes have been made to the mattress and poor DIY.. We have a policy of charging...

This is a lovely guest house with clean, comfortable rooms.....mine had a view over the beautiful garden, full of spring flowers. I find a full English Breakfast a bit too heavy, so I asked for a lighter breakfast, and I got veggie sausages and cherry tomatoes on the vine, lightly roasted, SO delicious!!

Lovely cosy place when cold outside, great area locally to go for walks by the sea front, I ve spent a lot of time in many different hotels, it was refreshing to visit one that had such a friendly atmosphere.
