Nice hotel, clean and modern but just too far out of the town for my own choice. You have to pay for parking so the cheap booking was cancelled out with the parking charges. Staff friendly. We didn't try the food

This Premier Inn is situated in an old mill or factory on a retail park conveniently situated in the middle of town. It's good to see the old building still there, and there are many original features. The Premier Inn offering is consistent, you know what you are going to get. The food is good value if not particularly imaginative...

Liked the adaptation of the old mill into a Premier Inn. Rather soulless location in a car park in Kidderminster. But the accommodation itself was up to usual high standard of Premier Inns. Disappointed in the limited evening snack menu on offer in the fourth floor cafe, but the staff were very personable and helpful. Would recommend the hotel to...

Stayed here mid week for business. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Really nice hotel, rooms are really nice and clean - bed was so comfortable. I had some problems in the night with some neighbour (other rooms) but this was all resolved by premier inn. Had the buffet breakfast in the morning, one of the few times...

My husband and I stayed at the hotel last month as my husband was attending a work conference. We booked a disabled friendly room as I have mobility issues. On arrival at the hotel I was a little worried that it would be noisy as it faces directly onto a large busy car park. On arrival in the room I...

I have stayed here 3 times. I would be quite happy to stay again. Excellent: The staff. The building. The rooms. (apart from the lights) Most of the food. Not so good: The choice of food, poor if you are vegetarian and have to avoid a lot of wheat and dairy. (However the staff are helpful and happy to arrange...

This is quite an odd Premier Inn which is situated in a lovely old mill building. Reception is on the fourth floor as is the bar, well drinks fridge & the restaurant/breakfast room. Rooms are as you would expect. One niggle though is there is no chance of opening any windows in your room as they are sealed so you...

We stayed here first Saturday in November after a days shooting with friends we arrived at 4/5pm and it was such a job to find a parking space as I assume everyone was still shopping in town. We were both in large trucks making it extra hard. When we did eventually park it was over £10 for the night which...

A lovely hotel, probably the nicest Premier Inn that we have stayed in as it is situated in an old mill. Location is at the end of a public car park which some of our relations found difficult to find (although my wife found it easily) The restaurant is very limited and does NOT take bookings despite what Head Office...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
This hotel is a grade II listed converted mill, with a bar that has an almost New York loft atmosphere. A great base to explore Kidderminster and the Worcestershire countryside - and we're close to West Midlands Safari Park and Severn Valley Railway too. After all the adventure, it's time for some serious relaxing in The Kitchen restaurant then in our extra-comfy beds. ... more   less
