Got a good deal..£35 for a Bank Holiday Sunday for a family room. (room 120 on 3rd floor) On arrival reception and breakfast area are on 4th floor..rooms are on floors below! The room we had was very clean and up to usual Prem Inn standards. There was a proper bed for our 6 year old and also a pull...

The building is Grade 2 listed ~ a converted mill. The reception is on the 4th floor and rooms on the 2 & 3rd! Debenhams occupies the ground & 1st floors. A public, pay car park is just outside with plenty of spaces and £1-50 for overnight parking. The rooms are a good size with plenty of exposed original brickwork...

I stayed at the Premier Inn overnight Sat-Sun. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was nicely furnished and arranged. Cleanliness was excellent! All the staff were very friendly and helpful and checked that I had all I needed and made sure that I understood all that was available. Was a little surprised to discover reception on the top floor (serviced...

When we first arrived we were shocked at having to pay for parking, however on a sign next to the metre the frankie and bennys next door were offering upto 4 hours parking taken off your bill which was great for us. Check in was simple and staff were very friendly. Room was very spacious with a view of the...

First off I must say that my party of three, 2 adults and a child, enjoyed our visit to Premier Inn Kidderminster. We stayed for one night, arriving Sunday during May Day bank holiday weekend. Upon arrival we were immediately impressed by the building and check-in was smooth and very welcoming. We were especially pleased to learn that breakfast would...

Excellent reception staff, nothing too much trouble, All the staff are very helpful and friendly. There is access to plenty of car parking but it comes at a price. It has no parking of its own, you have to use the shopping car park , which can get very busy during the daytime. The only disappointment here is 'the Kitchen'...

Great location for West Midlands safari park. Stayed for 1 night with 2 children and a baby. Had large clean room with cot. Very friendly staff especially the young guy on arrival and who was smiley and helpful. Would stay again if in this area.

A lovely building and a room to the exact standard of a Premier Inn, lacking any form of private parking which is frustrating and the breakfast was lukewarm and not very appetising at all. Staff very friendly but not great when it comes to clearing plates etc. Overall good but could have been better.

Premier Inn have made considerable improvements over the years to move from a cheap and cheerful option to excellent value for money. This is clearly a recently renovated old mill building which provides large, bright rooms, comfortable beds, and easy, free overnight parking (daytime rates do apply) The staff were excellent, intervening with the automated check in machine to ensure...

I would quite happily stay here again. The standard of cleanliness is superb, the beds are really comfortable. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. We even knew one of them from a previous Premier we have stopped in. It was lovely that he recognised us. This Premier has access to plenty of car parking but it comes at...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
This hotel is a grade II listed converted mill, with a bar that has an almost New York loft atmosphere. A great base to explore Kidderminster and the Worcestershire countryside - and we're close to West Midlands Safari Park and Severn Valley Railway too. After all the adventure, it's time for some serious relaxing in The Kitchen restaurant then in our extra-comfy beds. ... more   less
