Had a set three course Saturday evening meal . Have to say was very surprised. Food was excellent, lovely sauces and great flavours . Staff were very polite and helpful. We had the asparagus and smoked salmon to start with which was superb. Followed by belly lamb , puddings were lovely. Can't fault the meal or service.

Visited today with friends and family. Amazing, friendly, attentive staff. wonderful food, in a lovely location. Well worth a visit. There was a wedding package on offer which seemed excellent for anyone planning their nuptials. Cannot review the Hotel as we only ate here.

I attended the Granary on Saturday 15 April for the wedding of my daughter Lucinda Denham and her fiancé James Kinsey. A happy and excellent time was had by all. The staff were professional, efficient and empathetic. The food was excellent and the venue was nicely adorned for the occasion. The bedrooms had recently been refurbished and I particularly liked...

We ate at thus restaurant on Wednesday 12th. April and fortunately had booked as we always do as its a very popular eatery. There were four of us (all seniors) so had the four course option. All the courses were excellent and the service was prompt and courteous. The general manager Laura was vert efficient and friendly. We will definitely...

We arraived for a two day B&B break and from minute one was treated to wonderful customer service. From the receptionist to the restuarant staff they were all magnificent. Particluar mention gos to breakfast staff joanne and Chloe who worked so hard but always with a smile. Some of the reviews who have moaned about this hotel would really moan...

Thank you for your perspective and commentary. The staff take particular satisfaction in knowing that a job (which is not always easy) is well done. It means a lot.

Stayed overnight with our 2 dogs and Hubble for a surprise party at the Granary. Very comfortable room, plenty of parking in a peaceful quiet setting. Staff were excellent, all very friendly and polite. Buffet at the party was lovely, as was the full English breakfast the morning after. Special praise for Joanne the waitress at breakfast, she was a...

Thank you for your commentary and feedback. Getting the balance right with mattresses is always a challenge. I am with you in preferring a hard bed. As you may see from some other commentary- others think them too hard. Glad you enjoyed the stay.

We had dinner with friends. The food was very good - though not plentiful. Service was attentive and good. Price of coffee was excessive! There was something lacking in the atmosphere. Perhaps some anti-echo material on the ceiling might help.

Pleasant countryside location within walking distance of two pubs and of course, the hotel's quality restaurant. Our room looked out onto the vineyard and was very clean and only really lacked a fridge and the luxury feel. Quality continental and hot breakfast with attentive staff. Perfect for what we were after, but would be more likely to return if some...

Thank you for your feedback and suggestions. A refurbishment programme is in the pipeline . Our first wine is about 2 months away from bottling and we hope that the 2017 year will be a good one. Looking out onto it with seating would be perfect.

We stayed two nights on a travelzoo deal - excellent value bed breakfast each day and one night dinner. Situated just outside Kidderminster, the hotel was easy to find. There was ample parking close to the rooms. The room was very comfortable. The shower was over the bath, which can be difficult for my husband and I as we prefer...

Thank you for your commentary and we are delighted you enjoyed your stay with us. The bed firmness is always a point of debate - but I am with you in preferring a slightly firmer base.
