Lovely hotel, staff were all very friendly and helpful. We dined in the restaurant on the night, the food was very tasty, lively sized portions and at a good price. We had breakfast the next morning which was once again very nice. Would recommend for a nights stay.

Stayed here for a Valentine's getaway and everything was perfect. Room was amazing and immaculate. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Service was great. It's on a little hideaway road so don't have to worry about the traffic noise from outside. And only a 10 minute walk into town. Very happy with everything. Will definitely stay here again in the...

Having travelled to Redditch regularly for nearly 20 years, I've avoided the Southcrest due to feedback from people I work with. Recently neither of my regular hotels had rooms available and I'd heard better reports, so I thought I'd give it a go. My experience was that the staff were efficient and pleasant and the rooms were well decorated and...

I loved this hotel. Staff friendly, room luxurious, breakfast good. I would recommend it to anyone, but stairs and no left offered so if you have a difficulty with stairs, I'd avoid, although the steps were a lot shallower than most.

Stayed here while visiting NEC. Certainly the best hotel by far we have stayed in on our trips there over the years. Don't expect luxury here but very warm, clean ensuite rooms, a restaurant serving 'proper' food, really lovely staff and relaxing atmosphere after a long day, comfortable spacious bar, plenty of parking all within a half hour journey of...

Stayed here for just one night following a long days workshop. First impression was that it was a cosy place to stay. No huge soulless rooms in fact quite the opposite. The bedroom was smallish but well equipped and really not a problem at all. Wifi codes were given on check in to cover multiple devices and the signal strength...

We booked this hotel very last minute as a midway location to meet up with friends. The hotel has a lot of character in the main building, and offers great views being situated on a hillside. The room was tired but offered everything we required. The gym is 24 hour which was fab when my early morning body alarm clock...

This was a special lunch to celebrate our wedding anniversary...and it was special from the moment we were served drinks in the conservatory to leaving after a superb lunch. We opted to have 3 courses as there was a special offer to have a free starter or dessert and enjoyed them all. The main course was served with three dishes...

This hotel is a lovely setting beer to a lot of amenities. Close to the kcal Asda in one direction and a giant Tesco Extra a mile away in the other direction. Staff are friendly, rooms vary according to other colleagues that stayed there during the same period. The grounds are beautiful. Ample parking which is safe! Receptions staff are...
