We stayed overnight on 28th January for a murder mystery entertainment package and will definitely be returning. The hotel was nice and cosy and the staff were welcoming when we arrived. Dinner was served and we were pleasantly surprised. We had a set menu of a delicious Tomato and Basil soup, chicken in a watercress sauce with dauphinoise potatoes, and...

Enjoyed afternoon tea recently at The Southcrest. Went for the traditional Manor tea and added a bottle of Prosecco. Thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon. Our table for two was laid out in the conservatory with crisp white tablecloth and serviettes and we were made to feel very special by the friendly and very efficient staff. The food was tasty and fresh...

I had my wedding here last weekend and the hotel was simply brilliant. The day ran really well from start to finish. Michala (wedding coordinator) was really helpful replying promptly to emails and really knows what she is doing in organising things for the day. The rest of the team ensured things ran very smoothly on the day & all...

We stayed here a few days between Christmas and New Year as our normal accommodation was closed over the festive period. The bedroom was small but clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was average. The staff were friendly, but the bar staff were slow and seemed underpressure the evening there was a wedding on in the hotel. Free books in...

Really recommend the afternoon tea, we had the Manor tea which was great value for money. A great choice of sandwiches which were freshly made and the cakes/desserts were lovely. The hotel itself looked nice and the conservatory area is nice to eat in with a great view onto the gardens which I can imagine would be amazing in the...

Having recently had a stressful time. I was in need to destress and desperate for anything that would help my skin. I had a great massage. Relaxing but reduced my tension and knots. However, the facial was the best facial I have ever had! I was new to Elemis products but the super food facial was relaxing, smelt amazing and...

We had our anniversary here. Stopped the night. The room was lovely. Modern bathroom and lovely decor in the bedroom. We had tea and coffee making facilities. We had some spa treatments whilst we were visiting also. We both had a massage and it was wonderful. Very relaxing. We went to the bar but unfortunately it was being refurbished. The...
