The location was great just across the road from the SPA theatre where our business meetings were being held. The staff were very helpful and courtious and couldnt do enough for us. The rooms were very clean and the towels were changed on a daily basis whenever this was needed. It was also within walking distance of the town centre...

Both myself and my other half, along with our friends stayed here for 4 nights and we had a lovely time! The rooms were very modern and warm and it was lovely having the bar in the hotel too as we could stay there in the warmth without having to go outside. We had plenty of breakfast in the mornings...

Went to Bridlington overnight as a last minute decision, drove round and as the place was rather busy and loads of "no vacancies" signs , i managed to find a car parking spot right outside this Hotel. In we went, £39.00 for a twin room B&B, fair enough, but because Darts was on at the Spa limited choice. After trailing...

We booked into this hotel as we were passing by. Staff were very friendly and cheerful. Offered a choice of rooms and were allowed to look at them before we decided. The bar was cheap and the bar staff friendly. Excellant facilities surrounding the hotel and close to the beach and town centre. Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable.

When we arrived at this hotel it was freezing. We turned the radiator on in our room hoping that when we returned the room would have warmed up. No chance of that when we returned to our room the radiator was off and never came back on during our stay. We sat with our coats on and I went to...

I have to go to Bridlington regularly and most B&B's/hotels are not great - but this is the worst of the bunch I have stayed at. Just HOW did it get three stars? Not from Trip Advisor visitors, obviously. And the reviewer below....saying its great to 'fall out' of the Bar and into the room. That's part of the problem....

As a travel trade professional, I feel it is only fair to give a balanced report, so here goes... On arrival at the hotel (with 32 clients) I was informed that all my clients had been given rooms but unfortunately they had not seen that I would require a room as well!! presumably I was going to sleep in the...
