Ready for refurb. Cleanliness obviously not a priority. Cheap but certainly not cheerful!! Toilet seat broken, bedroom floor uneven due to broken floorboards, shower tray full of mould. electric wires hanging out of walls. All in all very run down & dated but could be a lovely apartment in an ideal spot. On a brighter note cafe on end of...

I have never wrote on trip-advisor and reviewed a hotel before but I cant let anyone else book this B&B...... its dirty, smelly, untidy and basically awful - with mould in the window, blinds and carpet, mould in the shower, need I go on......we walked in and walked back out again after 5 minutes - couldn't stay there....was terrible -...

No matter what do not stay here!!You will be better off on a park bench. By far the worst hotel I've set foot in. Got as far as the reception having walked over filthy carpets, seen wires hanging out of the walls, stepped over the resident dog and met 'Onslo'. As previously mentioned this is an apt description of him,...

Upon arriving we were greeted by onslo who was rude and ignorant , stained t shirt with sweat and food , the room was full of dog hairs , smelt badly of wet dog, there was plug sockets , smoke and fire alarms hanging of walls and ceilings, blocked drain in shower, when we left onslo was yet again very...

Stayed here for one night was really worried with reviews but needed somewhere cheap and cheerful to extend our holiday by 1 day. No smell of wet dog as some have said Nothing was that broken in our room. Yes things could do with a bit of updating but so do lots of places and for £62 a night for...

Poor first impressions. Offhand when we asked where to park, no one came to help us even though one of the owners saw us enter. The reception area was full of boxes and generally unwelcoming. A cross between Fawltey towers and Bates motel. If we had not laughed we would have cried.

The place stinks of wet dog. It is cluttered. It is filthy. The man running it is vile in every way. He needs a good wash as do his stained clothes and his manner is rude and objectionable. The rooms were filthy and there was underwear left in the room under our bed. The food was awful and did I...

Ran by a lovely mother and son who made us feel very welcome and they were extremely helpful. Lovely freshly cooked breakfast. Though rather on the large side inspite of asking for a small one. I only ate half as it was so filling. Such a shame to see lovely food wasted. Quite a few fellow guests left a lot...

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Seriously this is the worst place I have ever stayed in. I was staying with my daughter and two grandchildren and on arrival we were told that there was not booking. However, to give her credit where credit is due she was very friendly and very helpful and said she would sort...
