Stayed 4 nights for a wedding, at a ground floor unit. Bedroom and bathroom were clean. Bed was large comfortable but pillows were very flat even with two combined. At night we could hear footsteps and crackling sounds (of the floors and doors) likely coming from the second-floor tenants. Free wifi in the lobby and certain rooms only. As our...

My wife and I stayed when visiting the area for a funeral. Stayed in the honeymoon suite which was large, spotlessly clean with a large comfort bed. Free wifi in the room and a good buffet cooked breakfast in the morning. Friendly staff, all in all very good.

We have stayed at this hotel several times as it is convenient to visiting friends. We stayed in room 24 - the wallpaper was hanging off there was mold in the bathroom. We could hear people upstairs moving around / using the toilet. As we booked through booking.com breakfast not included in the price. Staff at front desk not very...

I stayed here 2 nights. One night was in room 24 and one night was in room 4. I found that room 4 was very beautiful and cosy, however the toilette did not work and the shower kept changing between scalding hot and freezing cold. Also the room was quite noisy as you can hear the traffic and other guests...

A dreary and charmless hotel in Eastcote. The old Tudor building is about the only thing going for it. Yet even this is corrupted by a dreary interior and terrible service by the front desk staff. As other guests have commented, the beds are terrible - perhaps fitting the hotel's 16th century history. In short, tired, unwelcoming and a down...

Well well well where do I begin? First of all the staff at this hotel are probably the rudest people I've ever come across! I booked a deluxe double bedroom and when we arrived we got a room that I wouldn't even put my dog in. There was blood on the bed sheets, blood up the wall, pubic hairs in...

Stayed for the purpose of a wedding, first impressions were good. Customer service could have been better as didn't reflect the buildings character. The hotel has several external buildings which appear new, not great when raining. Coming back later from a wedding you would think the hotel would be accommodating with the bar, but NO closed at 12am. We had...
