Stayed here for one night as our flight was at Terminal 4 at 4am and the hotel is only a 6 minute walk to the terminal gates. Room was wee priced but was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The room was also quiet considering it’s so close to the airport. The restaurant and bar were extremely well priced not expensive as one would expect close to an international airport. The food was absolutely amazing, it was cooked the way I’d asked and it was full of flavour. I’d like to personally thank the chef’s in the kitchen and a special mention to Deepti M who was our waitress for the evening. Her politeness and way the she came across in mannerism was welcoming. She was dedicated and clearly passionate about her job.
This is the first time we have stayed at this Premier Inn, and it certainly won’t be the last. We stayed for 2 nights on a plane spotting break, and were not disappointed with the room, or any aspect of our stay. On checking in, Lancy and Fiavia checked us in swiftly, gave us an amazing room, and even a large bar of chocolate as it was was our first stay, very unexpected and much appreciated, not even had that from higher star rated hotels. Each time we passed reception we were greeted with smiles and chat from Lancy, Fiavia and Samantha which made us feel special and welcome. Our room was comfortable and clean, we asked for an extra towel, coffee and milk which were duly delivered to our room. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Special mention also to Dixon at breakfast, always smiling and friendly, and to Priya who served us dinner both evenings, again, very friendly and helpful. I have read reviews where people are complaining about parking charges, but I think most airport hotels make a charge. There are, however, limited spaces, and whilst there were plenty when we arrived, can see it could be a problem if busy. Having said that, this is by far the best Premier Inn we have stayed at, made so by it’s wonderful staff, looking forward to our next visit.…
On your website it states the restaurant closes at 10pm, we rushed to make that time but got there at 21:45, enough time to check in and go straight to the restaurant to order our food. We were checking in and asked if it was ok to take our (very small) suitcases into the restaurant so we could order our food and got told that the restaurant is closed, I said it states 10pm on your website but the receptionist said that it stops taking orders at 21:45? You should put this on your website please to stop other people doing what we did, we knew we wouldn't make 21:45, although we would have rushed a bit more if we had known. So we could have had an option of getting off the tube earlier to eat earlier but we thought it would be better to get to the hotel and eat there as it states closes at 10pm! …

Having had previous disappointments with this hotel, Jodie (Deputy Manager) pulled out all the stops for us to ensure an enjoyable stay this time. She went above and beyond for us and we very much enjoyed our stay, thank you. She is also helping me to prepare for 20+ members of my family staying when I hopefully come back later this month. Jodie has been great and the rest of the staff were super friendly too. Thank you very much indeed to all!
We stayed there for three nights and once you got familiar with the best way of getting around - for me it was the Underground it was an excellent location however, what made the place for me were the great staff - so kind and friendly and really, they did everything to help us. The bed was very, very comfortable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone. Oh the fish and chips in the restuarnt was gorgeous!
After a long flight and 8 hours time change we were a little grumpy- all the staff and especially our server Bikas not only looked after us but over dinner lightened our mood big thanks to you all - the room was brilliant and soundproof the shower clean so no complaints from us- 👍👍
I really can’t complain about this hotel nor the price. It is very clean, very ‘North American’ and super convenient. The food in the restaurant is not that delicious, however. The breakfast was okay (only upgrade if you want eggs). The best food was the Indian option on the menu. I stayed for two weeks and then in week the next month. I would definitely stay again because the price is great, the rooms are clean, and there is good transportation on both Piccadilly and Elizabeth lines! I felt safe visiting on my own.
This is my go to hotel when arriving at or leaving from Heathrow T4. It is easy to get to from the terminal, reasonably priced and the staff are always friendly and super helpful. The only negative for me this time was I had no phone signal and no free WiFi inside the room (although some might say that’s a positive point!) there are lots of facilities in the hotel and the terminal is a short walk away with access to public transport. I’ve stayed at many Premier Inn’s but this will always be my favourite.
I had a very comfortable stay in this hotel. I have stayed here a few times before, and knew what kind of experience I would have. The location of this hotel is very important when travelling out of LHR. It is connected to T4, but it has easy access to all the other terminals. The hotel provides a good service to travellers and I would strongly recommend it. The rooms are very comfortable and tastefully decorated.
