Comfortable room. Amazing bed, we needed a good sleep and we got it! Went to the restaurant for dinner. The food was DELICIOUS. Salvo Luis was out waiter and he was great. Would recommend to anyone to stay here!

The Hilton Garden Inn at Terminal 2 is so convenient with easy access to and from the terminal and trains. On this past visit, Sohrab provided excellent customer service at check in. Very friendly and helpful.

Elegant, comfortable hotel room with all necessary amenities. Beautiful view of the runway on 10th floor. Excellent sound proof of the room provided quiet, restful nights. Blackout curtains made day time sleeping possible.

Location was excellent for t2 Heathrow. We were in a twin room with runway view. 12th floor. Beds were a very good size for singles. A bit on the firm side. Scrupulously clean. Shower was good. Tv was a waste of time. Kept restarting. When it did work sound and vision were out of sync. Restaurant very over priced.

Sohrab provided excellent customer service at the reception of Hilton Garden Inn. Rate 4 out 5 cause the wait for the room was 40+ mins not ready yet. After a long flight 10hrs and not a lot of directions in the London Airport. Could have been a 5 out of 5 experience.

A very warm welcome from Ismail on arrival. A very quiet and clean hotel, right by T2. A nice room, comfy bed and good sleep. Easy checkout and 2 min walk to T2 Departures. Booked with a parking deal which worked well with Blue Circle.

Quite a spacious room, everything clean and tidy. Carpets make it harder to drag luggage’s if you have got a few with you at the same time. Besides that, it has everything an airport hotel is supposed to have. Check in by sohrab was friendly.

Had a great stat at the end of our 2 week trip to the UK. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was quiet Very Quiet there were aircraft taking off 24hours a day. The staff was very courteous and Answered every question we had. The rooftop bar was the best great hot wings, best we had they were correct! The buffet in the morning was British Fiordland sure lol but there were waffles bangers bacon beans on toast eggs cereal coffee and tea it wasn’t missing anything. Sohrab was great checking us in and very helpful every time we bothered him lol.
