Hotel is great and service at the restaurant was quick with great food. Francisco was my ambassador at the restaurant and had no waiting time with amazing cocktails. He was also very personable and courteous. I would recommend coming here if you have a flight early in the morning due to its convenient location as well.

We stayed here before flying out to Budapest and decided to book an overnight stay for our return as we had enjoyed our outward stay so much. Friendly and engaging staff, excellent speedy service (Nicoleta was particularly helpful at breakfast). Well appointed rooms and good car parking facilities, all delivered at a price where you don’t feel like you are being ripped off. Access to the executive lounge was definitely worth the extra cost of booking an executive room with great views of the planes taking off and landing. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.

My favorite hotel at Heathrow. Stayed there many times and will continue to do so. It's close to the airport, has great runway views. Staff are friendly and helpful. It has a good executive lounge, and good restaurant. I will be back...

A superb Heathrow hotel where we have been holding our annual university reunion gathering for the last 7 or 8 years. We keep coming back to it because it has maintained its high standards over the years, thanks to its management and employees. It's easy to get to for people, like me, coming from the North of England, prices are reasonable especially for groups, rooms big and clean, a big reception, buffet food is delicious and, above all, service is really good in all places at all levels. As a group of 30-40 people every year, we've had nothing to complain about all these years!

Wonderful hotel …. Great location and excellent transfers to airport. I stayed here and took Heathrow Express to London downtown daily … a much better hotel at a quarter of the cost of London hotels. So easy to get to the airport where the train leaves from (Heathrow Express) … public transit just outside hotel to the airport (3minute bus ride) then a 15 minute train to Paddington. Easy, convenient, inexpensive. As for the hotel, great view of Heathrow runways from my room. Newly renovated, hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing and helped me arrange my transfers. Rooms are comfortable and nice mattress and pillows. Would happily stay here again and suggest staying here instead of downtown London … unless cost is no issue. And, a really nice restaurant inside … with fair prices! Bonus! Good service form manger Edwin Fernandes ~ Take care of us from we are here. Hope can see him every time. The room is so cozy and clean ~ I love the hair dryer is strong enough can make my hair dry soon. But the air conditioning can’t adjust the temperature, hope can be fix it. Very welcoming, good standard of room, unfortunately there was a large party of noisy teenagers running around the corridors. Would have preferred a shower rather than a shower over the bath. We had a lovely meal in the bar. Our waiter was Francesco and he was brilliant, very personable, efficient and friendly. Excellent service. Would definitely stay here again.

What a gem of an airport hotel. Fabulous views of the airfield, wonderful staff and great service. I was so pleasantly surprised. Checkin was brilliant, the room was lovely with complimentary bottled water, the bathroom was dated but functional. Sylvia in the executive lounge was excellent. Attentive non intrusive world class service, Sylvia should be credited for her outstanding service. The breakfast in the restaurant was superb, with many choices including a fresh omelette station. Check out was swift and polite. All in all a fantastic two night short break. We will definitely be using the hotel again. Thank you

I stayed here the night before an early morning flight. Most airport hotels are basic, so when I read some unflattering reviews about the cleanliness of the hotel I thought it had to be exaggerated. It is not. There was a foul odour in the room and whilst I am not sure if the shower floor was dirty or discoloured, I am certain the contact lens in the sink was not part of the decor. I will not return. There are better choices in the area.

We have stayed here many times but not since before the pandemic. I have to say the standard was a good as ever. The rooms are stylish with everything you could possibly need. I noted a change of toiletries since our last stay and this was for the better. The pillows are wonderful (my favourite of any hotel chain). Whilst some of the familiar faces from previous stays had gone, the staff on this staff were very attentive and a pleasure to talk to. A particular mention to Mesley in the restaurant. Always smiling and made sure our needs were catered for. Thank you Mesley! Looking forward to our next visit.
