Very nice food for 4 of us. Nice starters and good mains. Wings were tasty. Fish and chips was good standard. Savio was very attentive and provided us with great service. Really relaxing stay before a big flight at Heathrow Terminal 2, thanks.
We stayed here recently before an early morning flight from T5, and I have to say for price, this place can’t be beaten. The hotel has everything you are going to need for an overnight stay with an onsite bar, restaurant and Costa. Check In / Check Out was a breeze and the room was spotlessly clean and the bed comfy. Food in the onsite restaurant was of a good standard. There was also free phone to a local taxi company to arrange a taxi if you had an early morning departure – this was £24 but am not sure if you could have got it cheaper using Uber. Overall would definitely stay again

Are booked soo we can’t change the room then i leave hotel
Stayed as part of an international long haul flight. The hotel is nice, room was clean. had a good breakfast. Perfect for flying the next morning. All the staff i encountered were lovely, polite and helpful!
Good service, fine food, Savio was very polite, quick, and fun! I never expect much from hotel meals, doubly so for airport hotels but I was very pleasantly surprised! I had a burger and my partner had a veggie burger and both were very nice. Thank you!
Great stay at Premier Inn. Convenient for Heathrow. Clean hotel, good staff, nice room. great breakfast, will be back soon. Hope to try the meal deal next time. Nice outside seating area to watch the planes when landing on runway 27R, they come right by. Recommended. Value for money .
Lovely hotel and service was great by the Receptionist called Geeta, she was very welcoming and helpful. Lovely hotel, clean room. Also has a costa available to go to, which is very convinient for coffee lovers
We stayed here for one night on our return from our Norwegian holiday. We have stayed in premier inns before and know what to expect but this one was very surprising. It’s quite large and modern with the reception, lounge areas, snack machines, drink machines, a bar area and Thyme Grill restaurant on the ground floor. The bedroom was lovely and clean, spacious and well decorated c/w tea / coffee making facilities, tv etc. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. We had the meal deal package for dinner and breakfast which was excellent value and the food was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall it was a very pleasant nights stay and we would thoroughly recommend this Premier Inn.
The food service and value for money was excellent as expected and always provided by Premier Inn. However, we were absolutely cooking during the night and since we are unable to open the window or have any air-conditioning, the cold tap was the only relief. As usual, the pillows and duvet were super comfy despite the temperature. The other observation was that the television volume was limited which did not bother me in the slightest however, my parents would struggle as they are a little hard of hearing. Presumably subtitles are available LOL 🙂
This used to be a reasonably priced, convenient and comfortable hotel with good and friendly service, but something seems to have changed. The employees no longer seem to care about customers, and basic things like the WiFi don’t work (they have a “Ultimate” WiFi that you can pay 5 pounds a day for, and it works even worse than the free WiFi). Checking in was a mess, they had to give me a new card several times because it wouldn’t work, and the employee seemed annoyed with me about it. You could not buy dinner at the bar because their computer was down. The next day I couldn’t order dinner at the bar because I didn’t have a “table number” (apparently It’s impossible to remember that a customer is sitting at the bar). So effectively if you want food you need to order delivery. Furthermore, half the employees seem to struggle understanding basic English. This used to be my go-to hotel when staying near LHR (which is fairly often) but I think I’m going to explore around a bit more. I’d suggest going somewhere else.…
