Visited this guest house for the first time. Free parking outside was great with a 4/5 minute walk to the underground station. Staff friendly and attentive, I got the feeling that nothing was too much trouble for them. The steps up to the room were different heights,so be careful when walking up them. The room was small but clean,it was at...

We stayed here on a night stop whilst visiting London. It was great value for money and very easy to get in and out of the city. The rooms are great, clean and tidy and very modern. The staff are very friendly and helpful and they cook a really nice breakfast too. We'd highly recommend The Firs!

Stayed here before an event at Twickenham, room was clean and tidy, breakfast included for £59. This was perfect. On leaving we did mention to them that there was a big gap around the window which made the room a bit chilly and they were very apologetic, bed was comfy and overall perfect for what we wanted.

We picked this accommodation as it was quite near our daughters home in Twickenham and being half term it seemed reasonable to us, we stayed for three nights found our room although small was kept nice and clean and it was fine for us. There is no lift but there is only one flight of stairs anyway. Quite a few...

I came here for an evenings stay before an early morning flight from Heathrow. I had decided it maybe easier to jump on the tube two stops in the morning rather than having to time a shuttle service correctly from a hotel nearer the terminal. The receptionist was friendly, the room was clean and the stay was exactly what I...

This is well placed for the airport and there are plenty of places to walk out and eat. A bonus is there is free on site parking which is good for a hotel so close to the airport. Our room was small, especially the bathroom but it was warm with an electric radiator we could control and the beds were...

Close to the airport and the underground, 2-3 stops from the terminal. Quiet neighbourhood. Great english breakfast in the morning, helpful staff. Prices very affordable. Perfect for an overnight stay.

Small room. Thin walls. Loud neighbour. Think he was staff. Obnoxious suggested i change rooms rather than him be quiet. Windows are that drafty they may as well be open. No additional blankkets available. Slept with clothes on. Radiator barely on. All this for £56. I must be crazy.do not stay here. On a positive note- there is free wifi...

My boyfriend & I stayed here for the easy commute into central London and the location to Heathrow. We thought the B&B looked very nice online, but it was not like that in reality. The rooms were cheaply furnished and were extremely small. The bathroom was very small too, and there was some mold in the shower. The staff was...
