All the members of Hilton Garden inn Hotel Heathrow were very friendly. We are glad that we choose this hotel. Especially we had a chance to be a part of the regular complimentary event and had fabulous time with great hospitality of Mrs. Harriet Cornes and even our 5 year old son had a great sleep with a special massage done by magical fingers of Sylwia Momont. All employees beginning from reception to service and housekeeping , were very naive , helpfull and provide a perfect hospitality. For long stays we absolutely recommend this hotel because besides of the glorious crew , self laundry cleaning and drying opportunity is provided for a reasonable price. Thanks to all team for everything.
I wanted to write a review to complement the hotel on some excellent service I received recently. I messaged the hotel via the Hilton app at about midday on the day of my stay to ask what time my room would be available for check in. They messaged back immediately to say that they could offer me a room straight away, this was several hours before the official check-in time (3pm). The room they checked me into was an upgrade on the room I had originally booked, and it was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The Hilton app works really well if you want to use digital key - if you don't want to see or speak to anyone during your entire stay then you don't have to. Having said that, the staff here are extremely friendly, and even the cleaning staff never fail to smile and say good morning. I have stayed at numerous hotels in the Heathrow area over the years and this is my favourite, simply because the staff seem genuinely interested in providing great service to their customers, something which is generally lacking amongst the major chains.…
This was a good hotel for the one night we stayed there before our 7:30 am departure. The reception staff was very nice during check in and made sure we had a shuttle lined up to the airport for our early morning flight. The room service food was very good as well. The room was a good size for 3 and comfortable enough and clean. Given how long it would have taken to get from central London to Heathrow, it was a good call going to this hotel before leaving.
Excellent, amazing, delicious breakfast variety, very very friendly staff and servers at the restaurant. Delicious lunch and dinner! Room service is excellent. I enjoyed my stay here. Hotel Decor and layout is modern and stylish! Great
For an airport, functional hotel I was happily surprised. Staff were friendly and helpfully allowed me a late check out when my daughter missed her flight. Decent breakfast buffet too. All in all good value.
A lovely modern hotel, great friendly staff and a suitable location obviously for airport use but also for my trip in to Twickenham as the underground has station right next to it. The breakfast was excellent and the room extremely comfortable
Stayed 1 night at £103 but billed £630...even though sorted on check out making me late gor meeting, I was still over charged. Rang to complain and operative put phone down when could not answer why I was over charged. Poor customer engagement.
Comfortable, clean rooms, though long walk from Terminal 3 (via underpasses which can be busy), so-called Runway View rooms disappointing (hardly see runway in ours) and bar service a disgrace. Ordered 2 glasses of decent Chenin Blanc (@£14 / glass + 12.5% SC + tip expected!), only to watch the barman fill one glass, but bottle ran out for second, so he reached for the French 'cheapie' and completed glass. Waiter delivered! I stormed back to bar and demanded to see the new bottle he had opened to complete the second glass - red cheeks and a new bottle was duly opened for a new second glass! An absolute disgrace! On check out, reported the inclident to Management, who instead of re-imbursing us for the wine, merely deducted the 12.5% SC!
A big thank you to Kayleigh at reception who gave us such a good welcome and was able to check us in to our room having had a 13 hours flight from Singapore. This was so much appreciated by my wife and I. Thank you Kayleigh and we will always use Hilton Garden at Heathrow. Martin Terrell
I enjoyed my stay here and the customer service was exceptional. The rooms were clean and the staffs were very helpful. Their chef Pinky was also very friendly and I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit sometime in the future.
