The hotel is nice and convenient, the main positives are the closeness to terminal 5 and the parking. The main negative is the poor signage from the road if you arrive after dark. Be warned if you miss the turning you will end up in the T5 drop off pay zone with no alternative other than to drive through and pay the charge or the fine. APCOA run this zone. There is no way to avoid the zone so don’t miss the turn as it’s one way. I realise the zone issue is not the hotel’s fault but the signage is.

I arrived just before midnight to a warm welcome from a friendly and efficient member of staff. Check in was easy, breakfast booked and special assistance pick up for next morning was arranged. My room was fabulous, spacious and well appointed, with a huge, very comfortable bed. The bathroom was also spacious with a walk in shower as well as a bath. The whole place was spotlessly clean. After relaxing in the bath I fell into bed and was asleep within minutes. Usually I get little sleep when travelling but the bed was so comfortable I had a solid few hours. Friendly and efficient staff welcomed me to the restaurant for breakfast. There was a huge selection of food available in the breakfast buffet to cater for all tastes. I had a delicious and leisurely meal before being picked up for my onward journey. This was a piece of heavenly luxury to round off a great holiday. I highly recommend the hotel.…

I love Sofitel and it never disappoints, they have, hands down the most comfortable beds ever, I always sleep so well and that’s so important at an airport or stop over. We arrived 9.30pm along with quite a few other parties, the checkin desk was fully manned and there were other staff members walking to floor to catch guests that had already checked in remotely, just perfect when you arrive late and know you are leaving early. We were literally in our room in minutes, no hassle. Room very comfortable, plenty of space for luggage and sizeable bathroom with separate bath and shower and if course the bed! Slept like logs, got up at 4.30am ready for our next journey, dropped the key in the box at Reception and were inside the terminal within 2 minutes. Thank you Sofitel, you got this!…

A very pleasant stay and super-convenient for flights to/from Heathrow Terminal 5. The staff were very pleasant at check in and provided us a coupon for a free drink (which might have been part of the welcome package for first time guests). The room was clean and the bed comfortable. There were plenty of power plugs and the amenities were very nice. The room was also very quiet, which is always a worry next to a major airport. The hotel and restaurant are not cheap, but definitely good quality and convenient. It is a bit of a walk to get to the terminal, but doable with rolling bags.

I visited the Sofitel again and my experience was more positive. My room was in block 6 and was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very well equipped. I want to thank one lady from the service Monika who was very helpful and very nice. TOP restaurant. We will be back again

Great hotel in Terminal 5. Just a few minutes walk to get to the airport. Stay one night before our flight and stayed in a Luxury Club Room with Club Millesime Access. This included evening alcoholic drinks, cold buffet and hot food offered. It also included breakfast which had a very large selection to choose from.

Very happy with the Sofitel Heathrow Terminal 5. Good welcome & service at reception. A minor issue was very swiftly rectified by Accor premium reception staff- thank you. Room comfortable as expected with all expected amenities. Club lounge exceptional serviced by Ronaldo, supported very well by Anushka & Clive. 5 stars is not enough for those lovely people.
