My second visit to this hotel this year in connection with courses and exams at local David Lloyd. Both times it has been excellent. Clean, very comfy bed, superb reception staff, use of Virgin next door. Just don't order a glass of prosecco - it's £12! Booked to go back on 2/6 and looking forward to it.

The hotel is situated within the confines of the stadium and is in a perfect location of any events that are taking place. I arrived at the hotel around 10pm and the staff were more than helpful in ensuring that everything was right and in place. Granted the drinks were slightly on the more expensive side however you pay for...

The Marriot is right next to the Twickenham stadium so perfect if you are visiting. Friendly and efficient as you would expect. Good quality rooms, some of which overlook the pitch. Good Breakfast choice

Nice rooms, nice staff. Overpriced as all marriotts are. And shocked that considering the price for a night they can't afford to offer free WiFi in the rooms. Wanting an additional 10 or 15 quid per day is extortionate.

I'm sorry but a dash of coke for £2.40 out of a gun on the bar to go with a Disaronno is a bloody rip off. Get a dash button put on your tills Marriott. On a very quiet day in Twickenham I would also expect a glass not a plastic tub.

It's become a bit of a new habit for three of us to have lunch here before a game, in recent years. Food was enjoyable, the white wine could have been more chilled, but we didn't want to nit pick. We did however have to send two glasses back as they weren't all that clean. However, we will be back...

The fact this placed is remmed after a match is not a shock. The prices are reasonable. The service is dreadful! Get some more staff behind the bar would be a good start! Pre and post match is not difficult to forecast the crowd or the thirst! People are wanting to exchange cash for drinks; why don't you help them?

Booked into a junior suite, wow, amazing! We had a fabulous stay here yet again. The team are brilliant, I did try to order a bottle of champers for the hubby for the room before we got there, however, this could not be done due to "match day", understandable. Cheeky sneak they pulled off though, once we were checked in...

We had come for an event at the stadium and had travel,ed some distance. We, plus others (600 were attending the event), just wanted a cup of tea/coffee and a pastry but the staff were not helpful or welcoming. It seemed like a huge inconvenince to serve us. We ended up leaving, and didn't have a drink or food then...

Fourth stay at a very pleasant and professionally run hotel. Good treatment of Marriott Gold members and family, which is always appreciated. Great breakfast (kids love the fresh waffle machine!), and staff coped admirably, despite it being a very busy Easter weekend. Being adjoined to the national rugby stadium is a little quirky and a unique selling point (on match...
