We were met by sean on arrival who was very friendly. Gorgous bedroom with a comfy sofa and a modern luxurious bathroom. The sea view was lovely above the treetops watching flocks of blackbirds at close range from the comfort of our room. The breakfast was also special as there were home-made specials to choose from. I'd recommend the sweetcorn...

This place was a great place to stay. It has a very relaxed feel. The people who run it are very helpful, friendly and chatty. The homemade cakes were also scrummy. Our room had great views of the countryside and the sea! Great ensuite bathroom also. Location is also ideal. It is very near to Tintagel and Bodmin.

We would certainly recommend this B&B after our recent stay. The house has been refurbished to a high standard with huge bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms. Breakfast was freshly cooked and extremely tasty. The hosts were lovely and very helpful.

It has wonderful views, fabulous rooms with large windows overlooking the hills and/or the sea, beautiful gardens. The breakfast was delicious and varied and used mainly locally sourced ingredients. Everything is freshly prepared. Each day there is a special...

Our room on the first floor was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We had a small seating are with 2 seater sofa, small flat screen TV and tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom with shower was small but adequate. Sean and Morwenna are very friendly hosts. Breakfast was delicious and the cooked selection varied every day.

Having read some of the positive reviews about Boscastle House we decided we couldn't go wrong electing to stay here. Our expectations were exceeded from the moment we turned up! We were greeted by name before being offered a nice hot drink and cake to comfort us after our long drive from London. We were subsequently helped with our bags...
