This is our second visit to The Riverside and yet another wonderful stay. The Riverside is in such a beautiful location and we were lucky to have a room on the top floor overlooking the harbour and also overlooking the river. We were very lucky with the weather and could just sit outside by the river in the afternoon and...

We stayed here for one night and had the most lovely room. Very spacious, sunny and spotless. We were overlooking the river and the gentle sound of the water was so soothing. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We hope to come again for 2 nights next time.

I stayed here with a friend of mine for a one night stop over and what a lovely location this has. We had single rooms on different floors and these were clean and adequate for our stay. Both rooms look out onto the babbling brook and it was so lovely waking up to that sound in the morning. Staff/owners were...

My daughter and I stayed here for 1 night last December. We knew the only parking was in the public carpark up the street, but having been to Boscastle before, I knew it was only a short walk. We prepared by packing a small bag of essentials each and leaving our large cases in the car, which made the climb...

We first knew of this place because of the restaurant on the riverside, which we have eaten in several times (nice food, reasonable prices), but they also have rooms that are comfortable - and incredibly quiet at night. Boscastle is a lovely place.

I booked this weekend (Sat-Mon) break for my husband's big birthday and also as a get away treat. The Riverside offered such a welcome retreat from hustle and bustle and also a perfect base for days out. We had a superb meal in the restaurant (recommend the steak and the apple profiteroles!) so much so that instead of eating out...

Breakfast was very nice & all staff friendly and helpful. It was one occasion where it was worth checking online...we were quoted £85 on the phone but paid £65 for...
