Sue and Derek provided a very warm welcome on our arrival for a 2-night stay and showed us to our room which was excellent with lots of space, a large comfortable bed and ample good quality furnishings. The en-suite facilities were most impressive and very spacious. The supply of ingredients to make drinks in the room were plentiful and varied. The home made cakes were also a very nice and much appreciated touch. The dining room and lounge was equally well appointed and the range of food for breakfast was excellent. Moreover, the cooked breakfast was delicious and made from locally sourced ingredients. Nothing was too much trouble when it came to ensuring our needs were met.

My husband and I had a lovely relaxing 2 night stay at Treloar House :) Sue had made the most wonderful cake for us on arrival, which we really appreciated after a long drive. We were able to change into the bath robes provided and have a lovely hot bath, and shower with lovely bath products. The décor of the room was very calming and the bedclothes were very luxurious. The room had a walk in wardrobe and dressing room which is more than I have at home! There was a silent fridge so we could store all the yummy chocolates we'd bought at mullion cove. We found the location very convenient, only a few minutes drive to get to either st ives for dinner or marazion for st michaels mount. Wonderful filling breakfasts both mornings with lots of choice. The big mushrooms were delicious and the scrambled egg really fluffy! Would stay again and would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of making a booking. The service from Sue, and the value for money couldn't be better -- 5 stars!

My wife and I stayed at Treloar House for 7 nights (Trencrom room) from 10th July. and what a find! The large triple aspect room was spotless, extremely comfortable king sized bed and all the comforts and extras you could wish for. This includes a fridge in which to store any food you wish to take back and which was restocked with fresh milk every day for tea and coffee in the room. Free wi-fi and iPod docking station nice extras. Sue and Derek are both Cornish born and bred and are keen to share their love of the area and point out the most suitable places to visit depending on your individual interests. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was very memorable and we hope to return again in the not too distant future. Can't finish without mentioning the excellent breakfasts and Sue's lovely homemade cake that awaits you in the room when returning each day. By far the best B & B we've stayed at.

My wife and I recently stayed in the Trencrom room at Treloar House for a 6 night minimoon after our wedding. We chose this B&B based on the strength of the reviews here on trip advisor and we were not disappointed. The room was lovely - comfortable and modern with free wifi, an ipod docking station (a really good Sony one!) and an HDTV. There are 2 velux windows with blackout blinds and 2 windows with thick curtains which meant that it was easy to lay in in the morning and relax which is exactly what we wanted after our wedding. The 4 windows also mean that the room gets plenty of fresh air and can be cooled down nicely on those warm summer nights. The bathroom is modern and very clean with a nice powerful shower. I also like the LED lit bathroom mirror which doesn't steam-up - very useful for shaving. As other people have mentioned the fresh cakes every day are a lovely touch. We were there for quite a long stay and the cakes were different every day and each one delicious - to the point where my wife and I would get excited on our way home in the evening to find out what the cake would be that day. Highlights for me were the cream tea, the lemon cake and the warm shortbread. The breakfast was absolutely brilliant too - lots of choice between cereal, pastry, fruit, yoghurt and a number of cooked options. The quality of the produce used is very high and most of it is locally sourced which I like. I would also like to mention that Sue is lovely and was very helpful with ideas for things to do, places to visit and which of the local restaurants were good. She left chocolates and cava in the room for us on our arrival as it was our minimoon which was a lovely touch and also let Antonini's restaurant know that we were on our minimoon when she booked it for us which led to us receiving complementary prosecco on arrival which was lovely. In summary we had a brilliant time on our minimoon in Cornwall and this was in large part due to our lovely stay at Treloar house. My wife and I highly recommend this B&B and will be back!
