Surf and sand, or shops and cafes? It's all on offer with Premier Inn Hotel Hayle. Just off the glorious sandy beaches of west Cornwall, we're also a great stopping-over point for travelling to the Isles of Scilly. And if you're here to work, we're close to key destinations like Pool Innovation Centre, too. Grab a bucket and spade (or a surfboard) and head for the beaches. Live on the edge at Land's End. Wander the winding streets and quirky galleries of St Ives. After a busy day exploring, plot a course for our tasty restaurant and a great night's sleep in our new, modern rooms with extra- comfy kingsize beds.

The Premier Inn Hayle hotel offers a convenient location for exploring Cornwall, with easy access to dining and the beach, which many travelers appreciate. While some guests commend the friendly staff and comfortable rooms equipped with modern amenities like USB plugs, others have experienced slow restaurant service and inconsistent housekeeping.

Detailed Reviews
We visited for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed. Greeted warmly by receptionist on arrival and everything explained.
The room was spacious with a double bed and single. USB plugs next to the beds and hairdryer was good despite the small size. The bathroom was clean and also spacious, however water pressure a bit funny on the taps meant it sometimes came in spurts. Room service has to be specifically requested although you can ask for towels and other necessities at reception.
WiFi not great at all, upcharge service offered but didn’t try this.
Location brilliant for travelling across Cornwall. Petrol station, shops and McDonald’s within walking distance as well as brewers Fayre with children’s play area.
Brewers Fayre was very busy which meant slow service but prices good and food decent enough. Didn’t try breakfast
Can buy additional supplies like phone chargers etc from reception. Also things like hot chocolate sachets for charity, cash only for this.
Free and plentiful parking is a real bonus and all staff we met were brilliant!
Overall would stay again.

Came for long weekend for wedding
Hotel easy to find just off A30 near macdonalds. It was very basic but the room was clean and had everything we needed was basically just a place to sleep and shower. Rooms did feel small and dated compared to other sites we’ve stayed. Staff were really friendly and chatty advised on some lovely places to eat other than the brewers fayre which was ok for the buffet breakfast but evenings seemed hot and miss in there.
The car park is free
Wi-Fi was hit and miss but upon speaking to staff we believe the company is changing providers and did give us free ultimate Wi-Fi codes a couple of the nights
Thanks Hayden Jamie joy Sarah and Lauren hope to see you all again soon

On arrival we were asked for our name and told that although we had booked, we hadn’t paid. I found the bank statement (3months earlier) confirming we had paid. No apology only a shrug saying it wasn’t on the system!
Then we were told only one breakfast had been booked. I explained I had phoned a week ago to book for two people but was questioned if I’ve phoned head office because this wouldn’t have worked! I explained I had phoned the Hayle Premier Inn and was asked on what number! I looked it up and was able to tell her the number. I felt interrogated and by then was getting frustrated, tired and upset.
Eventually we were given our keys ( the receptionist said only one would work; she was right about this!) and found our way upstairs to the second floor. (almost 50 steps NO LIFT IN THIS HOTEL)
The room was clean but was really hot as there was no air conditioning and the noisy fan only blew hot air around.
After such a rude welcome it was really difficult to relax and get to sleep in the heat and noise from the road.
I certainly wouldn’t recommend this particular Premier Inn, but have always been very pleased with every other one we have stayed in.
Further staff training on the computer system and customer service would help!

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, having booked a family room to include 2 children. The room generally served its purpose and was quite adequate however there was no soap in the bathroom dispenser and the wash basin mixer tap directed the water over the back mirror and over the unit, rather then the bowl itself. We booked an evening meal on the first night in the associated Brewers Fayre (Loggans Moor) and breakfast for both days. The cleanliness and service at the restaurant was extremely poor. We will not be visiting this location again.

up on arrival was given a very basic room ,on the first floor . No sockets anywhere near the bed , I think we all would prefer to charge our phones & smart watches close to the bed ? All the 6 plug sockets were the other side of the room near the Kettle & above the desk .
arriving in The room it was really smelly of stale cigarettes Had to have the window fully open & I even sprayed it with freshener to try to get rid of the awful stench .
Went to the restaurant ! BIG Mistake ! ! was escorted to a dirty table with food all over the floor ! ordered my food & waited 45 minutes for a hot dog , the chips were at best Luke warm , the waiter asked if I wanted any sauce I said yes He NEVER returned ! ! - almost every table was dirty & had left over food and the floor everywhere had food . - kids running riot , I gave up on my Luke warm food & went to the Garage opposite & grabbed a pot noodle !!

We were welcomed by Hayden who could not have been more helpful, another manager carried our bags up to our room, the room was clean large and the hotel had arranged extra mobile air conditioning to help alleviate the heatwave we were experiencing. All the staff were very friendly.
The Brewers Fayre restaurant was extremely busy and were short staffed but the managed to cope well.
The breakfasts were awesome especially where the grand kids were concerned.
Al in all, great.

picked for location and on recommendation of friends who has stayed in the chain on a number of occasions. Very disappointed at the 2nd floor room accessible only by stairs, no guest laundry, heating that turned off at 21deg turned on spasmodically when reset, very deep bath difficult to get into to shower. Attached restaurant needs a big steam clean, crocery, cultlery, tables the lot. on the plus side the bed was very comfortable, wifi ok and parking free.

the room itself was lovely. very comfortable and relaxing, with nice views, despite being right next to a main road. it was also very quiet. the room is well equipped. tea and coffee supplies are minimal, but you can help yourself to more at the front desk any time you choose.
the wifi is included, and easy to get online, but no details are given, so you have to figure it out yourself.
it's right next door to a Brewers Faire, providing cheap and cheerful pub grub, which is pleasant and relaxing enough, but often has issues with staffing levels.
I had a lovely, hot bath.
the hair and body wash pump on the wall is hard to use while in the bath. the wash itself is nice enough, and has a pleasant, unisex scent.
the only real disappointment was how disinterested the front desk staff were in the fact that some of the things we bought from the vending machine got stuck. we were told to give the machine a shake, and when that didn't work, it was suggested we go over to the petrol station because "you'll definitely get it then" we asked if there was any way to get either the product or a refund (the prices were quite high, for the convenience of being right there) and were told to try asking in the morning. tried another item that also got stuck, but did come out with a shake. in the morning, there was nobody at the front desk. and there were several more stuck items in the vending machine, all on a shelf that obviously hadn't been put back in the right position, and was obstructing things from dropping.

32 degrees in our family room the whole stay, no air con.
The Restaurant well where do I start.
Our taxi was delayed and the baby was hungry by the time we got back. We were a few minutes before the carvery closed and I asked to pay for a full carvery for the baby so she could eat as it was nearly 7pm she hadn't had tea. The lady at the bar would jot let me get any food despite people still getting food from there and there being so much which would be going in the bin.
There was food and sweets all over the floor. My husband asked for it to be cleaned and was handed a dustpan and brush.
Our food order over ÂŁ160 took an hour to come out. We were offered our puddings half an hour before we had our mains. Then they wouldn't allow us to order pudding for the other children because food stopped at 9. They did allow this after we complained about the wait time for food. Half of the puddings had already been paid for as they were kids meals.
The rooms were so hot and our window had blown it looked horrible.
