Stayed here for 2 nights in rooms Lanhydrock (twin) and Heligan (double). Very comfortable beds, great hot, powerful showers, very unique property. Good breakfast selection and very accomodating hosts: we did not have a car so they took us to pubs nearby for dinner and picked us up again. Thanks again and will definitely recommend highly!

Thanks for staying with us. For our guests who are on our popular car-less break we will pick up and drop off our guests to wherever they want to go during their stay with us. Of course during the day you have transport as part of the scheduled tours. We are glad you enjoyed the experience and look forward to... More

A wonderful two night stay near the Cornish coastal town of Mevagissey. Our 'Blue Room' was beautifully furnished and we were spoiled with real feather quilts! Our hosts Greg and Kimberley were friendly and helpful, and also cooked us the best Eggs Benedict we have ever tasted. Beautiful location too! Many thanks.

Thanks for your kind words and for staying with us. We are glad you enjoyed the decor of your room, we have invested in the best bedding and mattresses we could to make our guests sleep the best it can be. Especially important when exploring the Cornish countryside which can be quite tiring. The Eggs Benedict is a popular choice... More

Absolutely wonderful B&B. Everything was perfect from reception, the room, the breakfast and here I must mention the home made jam and marmalade which was delicious. As mentioned in other reviews, the bed was indeed the most comfortable bed we have slept in. We were hoping to see the barn owl in action but unfortunately not on this occasion. Thank... More

You are very welcome it was a pleasure hosting you. We have only seen the barn owl once so would have been very jealous had you seen it! Kimberley does an excellent job with her jam and marmalade making, always very popular with guests. More

Lovely B&B which is very tastefully decorated and inviting. Very cosy and welcoming with a superb breakfast to set us up for the day although we still managed to find room for the delicious biscuits left in our room. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We always try to be welcoming! Thanks for your kind words, the homemade biscuits are very popular, Kimberley is constantly making them to keep up with the consumption, they are very moorish. Maybe we will see you back here again in the not too distant future. More

Thanks very much we enjoyed hosting you. Many guests have said our B&B has a very homely feel and that's how we wanted it to be. We are within easy reach of a great many attractions, beaches and beautiful gardens, in fact we are close to being in the very centre of Cornwall. We look forward to seeing you again... More

NIcely greeted by both Kimberley and Greg. Their combined Attention to detail was superb. The bed was so comfy we are going to buy one for ourselves. We stayed here as went to see Tom Jones at Eden project. Lovely breakfast. Spick and span and been refurbished to a very high standard so if Rod Stewart decides do play at... More

We both have a very keen eye on detail and are always thinking about what our guests would want from a 5 star gold B&B and then putting it in place. We are happy that you really enjoyed staying with us. Now all I have to do to get you back is to book Rod Stewart in at Eden! More

Welcoming, friendly hosts, beautiful, spotlessly clean room. Very good, tasty breakfast. Surrounding area lovely to visit. We were there for our sons wedding at carnglaze caverns, which sounded very romantic, but was in fact very cold damp and muddy with a very bossy owner barking out orders.

Thanks for your kind words Alan it was a pleasure playing a small part in your sons wedding. I am glad we made your stay a pleasure even if Carnglaze Caverns did not impress you, although I have never heard about the owner of Carnglaze barking out orders before! Thanks for staying with us. More

Booked 2 double rooms by phone earlier in the day and approached on A390 through beautiful countryside. This B&B is a gem. The rooms were spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished, with firm pillows and Kimberley and Greg couldn't have been more helpful. They can even arrange private tours of the Eden Centre and the Lost Gardens of Heligan.

Kimbrrley & Greg were wonderful hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Old Chapel. Our room was gorgeous- couldn't fault anything as too was the hearty breakfast the next morning. Well done - we felt quite spoiler.
