We stumbled upon this traditional Pub on a walk around the town. The decor was traditional like pubs from the olden days. The staff were great and welcoming - we had a wheelchair user in the group and they were pleased to help and offer us assistance. There is a selection of foods available from the menu, from local fish...

Strange that the last revue on here was mine, the last visit was ruined by the barman, who couldn't put a sentence together without swearing, let's get this straight, this is a wonderful traditional Cornish village pub, its a measure to walk into, this time around, it was full of the village regulars, all enjoying a pint and a natter,...

we find this review rather upsetting we do not kno which bar man you are referring to, the two we have are very good at their job and act with curtesy to our customers let alone not being able to string to words together and swearing and our barmaid simply does her job and to our knowledge does it very...

We stayed in the family room here, consisting of a large double bed maybe kingsize and two single beds, there is a small ensuite consisting of shower cubicle, loo and sink, this is a small room with just enough space for one person. The Hotel is a listed building and has a lot of character including creaking floors and rattling...

Will and Kerry Penno made sure our stay was very pleasant, and served a wonderful breakfast. The best part of our stay - besides wandering about...

We stayed at the Kings Arms for three nights B&B. We were disappointed to find the pub under new management. However the landlord and landlady were friendly and hospitable. Our room was on the top floor so couldn’t hear any noise from the bar. Some noise could be heard from the road but wasn’t too intrusive. The room was clean...
