Did arrive untill 11pm, called on way down to let them know and when we got there Kate had waited up so we could check in where the honesty bar was also very welcoming. When we got up in the morning we were welcomed with a fantastic breakfast and amazing views over the bay. We thought the B&B had been...

This is our 3rd stay at Seavista including staying in the lodge.. Again we had a fantastic stay and enjoyed every moment we were there. It's a wonderful tranquil place and you have to stay there to experience it. Kate and ozzy are doing themselves proud and we will continue to revisit and hopefully even stay in the loft apartment...

My husband and I stayed at seavista for a few days of rest and relaxation. It is truly a beautiful place. The room was decorated perfectly and was bright and welcoming. Kate (the owner) was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was by the far the best we have had at a b n b. We will...

We had an excellent stay. Weather perfect, sea view room and the extra of a birthday cake for my partner was arranged. We loved the breakfast and the staff serving very friendly. Had a really nice time staying here and loved the area it was in. The room was comfortable, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was spot on. Would reccomend walking places and not getting txis though as they do rip you off massively.

My girlfriend and I stayed here prior to a two night stay at the nearby Bedruthan Steps hotel and will definitely be returning. First off, the B&B is set in a superb location with fantastic views of Mawgan Porth beach boasting facilities such as a well stocked 'honesty bar', reliable Wifi, lovely communal lounge and a small outside seating area...

Stayed for three nights and could not fault it. A lovely place with stunning views. Our bedroom offered spectacular views of the bay and was spotlessly clean. Breakfasts were freshly prepared using the best of ingredients. The owner, Kate, and her staff were very friendly and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. The honesty bar in the...

I have visited Seavista twice now, most recently last weekend, and I can't rate it highly enough! My room was spotless with amazing views, the lounge is spacious with comfortable sofas and the same fabulous views. The breakfast room is delightful and the breakfasts delicious with lots of variety and different diets catered for. I also ate from the evening...

Seavista is a wonderful place. Nice location, brilliantly friendly people run it. Home cooked breakfast. Stunning views over fields and then Mawgan Porth beach from their best room at the back. Some other rooms do not have views, its worth paying extra for the best room if its available. The views are available in the lounge and dining room as...

Fantastic location in beautiful Mawgan Porth, 2 minutes to the beach, and within easy access of Padstow, Bedruthan Steps, Watergate Bay, Newquay & beyond. Kate was really welcoming, and a fab cook - the breakfast is amazing. Room was super clean, plenty of storage and free parking a bonus. Can't wait to return!
