We have just spent a week at Portmellon Cove Guest House. The hosts Roy and Sarah were great and nothing was too much from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The room was really classy (Eden) with its 4 poster bed, well appointed bathroom and fantastic view of the cove. We booked the Guest House to celebrate...

This is a wonderful guest house just outside Mevagissey. My wife and I stayed there in June for five days and found everyting perfect. Roy and Sarah were most helpful and hospitable and nothing was too much bother for them. Breakfast is great and Sarah is a good cook. The room we had was very comfortable with a lovely view...

This was our second trip to Portmellon Cove guest house and it even surpassed our first visit which was excellent!! We stayed in Eden room which is a beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean room with four poster bed sofa and tv plus an extremely well stocked mini bar of which we took full advantage. Being on holiday throws all thoughts...

My wife and I stayed at the Portmellon Cove Guest House for three nights 20th – 22nd of July. Would I rate this as a 5 star accommodation no I don’t think so. A few things that I felt needed to be addressed. Firstly no Sky TV. I know that you don’t take a break only to sit and watch...

Thank you for taking the time to write a review for us and we were sorry to hear that you did not totally enjoy your recent stay with us. We take great exception to your assumption that our breakfasts are microwaved. Everything is freshly baked or grilled to order (nothing microwaved) and we can only presume that you couldn’t ‘smell...

We stayed 3 nights and wished it had been 3 weeks. The room was well appointed with a superb bathroom, 4 poster bed, and spotlessly clean. The view from the patio doors over the bay was a joy to wake up to. Sarah and Roy are good hosts that make you feel welcome. Breakfasts had a wide choice to select...

My wife and I spent a couple of days here and had a lovely relaxing time. We stayed in the Heligan room. Extremely well appointed with a very handy well stocked mini bar that caters for literally everyone. After arrival we spent the afternoon on the patio overlooking the bay, we had pre-booked a cream tea and later we washed...

My wife have just returned from a holiday in Cornwall , which included a three night stay at the Portmellon Cove Guest House. I am really so pleased my wife found this little gem, hidden away in a small cove not far from Mevagissey. Sarah and Roy are such friendly hosts, looking after guests' every need.
