Par is not the prettiest town on the South West Coastal Path, but the Royal Inn might just be the best value accommodation of any establishment that we have stayed in while walking the path. Really friendly welcome. Comfortable bedroom with good-sized bathroom (excellent vfm at £75 and no deposit taken on booking). Evening meals substantial. Huge cauliflower and broccoli...

The room was more than my expectations, as were staff and amenities. We found everyone more than willing to help. Would highly recommend the restaurant. Food good as is price, but you will need too book in advance. Thank-you everyone for an enjoyable stay...even the sun shone for us. Will definitely be back soon.

Stayed for 5 nights on a short break. The rooms could do with modernising but more than comfortable. After all we only slept in it. The staff were very polite and friendly. Breakfast was very good and a good choice. We also used the restaurant a couple of times for an evening meal. The food was very good huge portions...

What a great place to stay. the room was very comfortable and quiet . Breakfasts were excellent and so was the evening meals. The Pub had a band playing on the Friday night, of which we were warned about on booking, but we did not here any noise in our room and our room was the closest to the bar....

Conveniently located a few minutes by road from The Eden Project this is a slightly old fashioned 15 room small hotel/inn with restaurant and public bar. The rooms are small, a little tired in decor, but clean and well equipped with TV, CD player, safe and more than adequate clothes storage. The view from the window, of railway track and...

Chose this hotel due to its close proximity to the Eden Project. Tucked away in a quiet road. A locals pub but very pleasant. Nice staff. Fab breakfasts. Good food choice in restaurant but pre book. Sadly we were given room 11 a view of the bins, the barrels and the washing ! We were above the kitchen which meant...

This is the second time we have visited this hotel and brought one of our parents this time. The rooms on the ground floor in the new block are excellent for people with mobility issues and there is a disabled room with wet room facilities also available. We had a four poster room which although smaller and above the pub...
