Recently returned from a 4 night stay at Talland Bay Hotel and what a delightful experience it was. We chose this as we have a puppy and were looking for somewhere that was "pet friendly" and the Talland Bay Hotel certainly lives up to its...More
We only popped in for a coffee, after a long walk we found ourselves outside this lovely hotel. The gardens are beautiful with a breathtakingly view over the coast, an ideal place to rest our tried feet. The service we received from all the staff...More
My husband and I were lucky to stay at this stunning hotel for 2 nights. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who are friendly but not over familiar.

This hotel which overlooks Talland Bay has very pretty gardens with many unusual and "fun" statues and garden ornaments. We laughed at the row of huge budgies and the bird box in the shape of a cat with its open mouth at the space where...More

As others said taxi is a good option - you can get one from Looe where there's a train station but also the hotel now have a car which they will use to transport guests in the local area so I imagine they'd happily do a transfer to and from the station. As for getting around during your stay this may prove more difficult though. Buses run but only from the main road a mile or so from the hotel.
