Dropped in for lunch today as part of the beer festival. Welcomed by a friendly bar team who introduced all the beers and a lunchtime menu to accompany them. Normal lunch menu also available catering for all with light bits and children's menus through to full meals. Good choice, well prepared and tasty. Bar welcomes children and dogs. Lovely setting...

What a lovely pub, felt very traditional with lots of history to it. Child and dog friendly which is always a bonus for families, the pub is a fab quirky find in a beautiful little town right next to the beach. Food and ale was great and nothing was to much trouble from the staff. This pub is well worth...

Went one lunchtime and we were really disappointed in view of some of the good reviews. The beers were wonderful bur it was a major effort for the staff supposed to be serving to move away from a table with her friends to return to the bar to serve customers and the food was at best mediocre. Not worth the...

Stayed for three nights attending a friends wedding at this hotel. We had room 2 which was lovely, two big windows with a great view of the beach & sea. En suite was a very large shower (which I had asked for) ad was very clean and well equipped with soaps etc. The hospitality tray was well serviced and biscuits...

Just returned from a weekend break at Driftwood spas in St Agnes with our two small dogs. Not stayed in St Agnes before but thoroughly fell in love with the place. Driftwood Spa was also a lovely place to stay. Lovely friendly staff who made us feel very welcome and at home. We had one of the Annex rooms which...

We just returned from another great stay at the Driftwood Spars with our four-legged friend! As before, we were made to feel very welcome with our dog. We were given an apartment with direct access on to the little garden and we hadn't stayed there before. It wasn't as big as the one we stayed in previously but was definitely...

I was looking for something a little different for my partners birthday celebrations and we had never visited St Agnes. The Driftwood Spars is a fantastic Cornish pub overlooking the sea with it's own microbrewery, fantastic food, from the what we found out was a new chef. The rooms are compact but very comfortable and priced just right. Breakfast was...

I stayed over the New Year Period and had a wonderful time. I was in a single room (Room 12) located outside of the main building, which made access very convenient and it came with a sea view. Room was clean, shower a little on the small side and wifi was not perfect, but nothing to spoil my stay. Staff...

Walking the South West coast path from Porteath to Perranporth we were looking forward to The Driftwood Spars for our refreshment break. We are "traditional pub" lovers so had decided not to stop at the very inviting cafe at Chapel Porth. When we walked into the Driftwood it was everything we expected it would be on first impressions; however on...

Great 2 days way with my wife to celebrate the new year. Place was very busy, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had both our evening meals here and the food was excellent. Local beer was also a nice touch. Also being dog friendly really helped. If I had to be really critical the room was 'compact'...
