Very simply! Great Sunday lunch, everything cooked beautifully, hot, tasty, relaxed surroundings, courteous staff, great ales, good price, fantastic village, there's not much more to add or to rave about!

One of the most disappointing meals I've ever had. Ordered what was listed in the menu as a falafel burger with halloumi cheese with fries and salad. What I got was a tasteless mass produced bean burger in a cheap, supermarket type bun, frozen chips and no sign of any cheese, let alone hallomi. Side salad was fine.

After a good long walk along the SW coastal path called in for lunch at St. Agnes Hotel. We were a little muddy but made welcome by the lovely lady behind the bar. Very nice pint of Doombar, and the food was excellent from the small choice (of hot food) on the menu. Well worth a try if in the...

great location and great staff, room newly decorated - but small and with old tired furniture - not quite "deluxe double" as described, plus corridor outside full of equipment for on going re-furb. Food OK - cooked breakfast good, alternatives very uninspiring, (packaged cereals and catering jams) Bar food ordinary pub grub. OK but overall not good value for money,...

Now this is not our local pub (we so wish that it was). The moment that you step in the door the owner greets you like an old friend, the locals are welcoming, the atmosphere is upbeat and friendly so much so that you relax straight away. We were a table of 12, all of our food was served together....

It says hotel, but I would regard this more as a pub. We only went in for drinks, but I feel it is worth mentioning mainly because of the landlord. It was always busy when we went in, but the landlord always saw you coming in and made a point of welcoming you. A nice old fashioned touch that regrettably...

Aggie's ,as this local institution is known, sits in a dominant position atop the hill which descends towards two other local hostilities and then another at the beach a further half a mile away. Pretty much everything you could wish for is here. A former commercial hotel, it offers a large range of local drinks, well tended and presented. The...
