Amazing. Nicky and Merlin are the most generous hosts we have ever met. Nothing was to much trouble. The rooms were a good size and the location was good to get around Cornwall. We felt like we were staying at a friend's house with breakfast included than staying at a b&b. Thankyou so much for making our holiday one to remember. See you next year x

Very welcoming host. Nikki was great with our beagle Mavis. It was very clean and comfortable and a very good base for visiting little gems such as Charlestown. Breakfast was beautiful, all fresh produce all cooked as we liked it. As for the review below, if you are a competent driver - the carpark is narrow but fine. There were 3 of us all parked there for the 3 days and we all managed perfectly, even with large saloon Audi's. At one point the plumber even came with a little transit van, so unless you are driving a bus, the carpark is more than adequate, as many places in Cornwall are very tight and this is no worse. We had a fabulous stay and would recommend!
