I have been staying for 7 nights at this B&B, very nice place, room very clean, breakfast very good, a young German Shepard's Dog living there as well, but very well behaved, no fear! Free parking on side, free wifi (quite fast), very comfortable bed, very clean! Worth to book this place, Nikky, the Lady of the House if very...

Lovely welcoming landlady, nothing too much trouble, clean room with en suite and delicious breakfast cooked to order. 10 minute walk from the town centre so very convenient. Only £35 per night so don't expect 'boutique' !

We had a family room at the top of the house. There was plenty of space with a double bed and a single in one room and a double in the other. A large flat screen TV, large dining table, mini fridge and microwave also present. The room also benefited from a large private bathroom. Breakfasts were very good with...

We stayed at The Archers B & B last year and found it to be comfortable and enjoyable that we booked again and stayed during half term week. The B &B is ideally located for visiting other parts of Cornwall and importantly the Eden Project. Nikki is very accommodating and goes out of her way to make you feel at...

Lovely B&B stayed for our second visit last time was 5years ago and the hotel hasnt changed since. Had a king room the bed was large and comfy. Bathroom was very small (being 6moths pregnant was a squeeze) for a double room and i ended up using the seperate bathroom that our friends were staying in. Room was clean but...

Family room was clean, quirky and spacious, and welcoming committee ( Merlin, resident German Shepherd) performed admirably. Very welcoming with owners helping to accommodate our plans - much appreciated. Only drawback is slightly limited access for parking, but this was explained beforehand.

Located a few minutes walk from town centre. Friendly and helpful owner. Large, quiet and friendly dog present as its a pet friendly home. The breakfast scored 314 out of 10. Room had large TV, 4 poster bed, private bathroom and fridge. Decorated to owners taste which beats standardised hotel room. I would certianly stay again.

We stayed two nights with Niki at The Arches and were well rewarded. The room was attractive and comfortable. Easy to find on a main road, but quiet. Good access to the town where we walked. The breakfast was exceptional with close attention paid to nourishing, high-quality food. Niki was most helpful with recommendations for local sights and directions.

As soon as you walk through the door of this B&B you are met by friendly faces, one being Nikki's and the other Merlin who is her very well trained pup! We stayed here for 2 nights and the place was clean and comfortable. The location is great and close to many local attractions. Nikki herself also has great knowledge...

The room we had along with the bathroom was indeed very clean and we got offered a daily cleaning as well. The breakfast was nice, but late on the day of our departure, you must clarify it with Nikki, maybe emphasize it a bit more. The B&B is walking distance from the bus stop and also from the train station,...

We are sorry you were not completely happy with your stay. I'm not sure where the smell of oil comes from breakfast is grilled. With regards to grandma's old house we use zoflora when cleaning which is a strong disinfectant and may not be to every ones taste.
