As soon as you walk through the door of this B&B you are met by friendly faces, one being Nikki's and the other Merlin who is her very well trained pup! We stayed here for 2 nights and the place was clean and comfortable. The location is great and close to many local attractions. Nikki herself also has great knowledge...

The room we had along with the bathroom was indeed very clean and we got offered a daily cleaning as well. The breakfast was nice, but late on the day of our departure, you must clarify it with Nikki, maybe emphasize it a bit more. The B&B is walking distance from the bus stop and also from the train station,...

We are sorry you were not completely happy with your stay. I'm not sure where the smell of oil comes from breakfast is grilled. With regards to grandma's old house we use zoflora when cleaning which is a strong disinfectant and may not be to every ones taste.

The room I stayed it was clean and ok. The problem was with the customer service. Nikki who was in the receptionist I ordered my breakfast at 7.15 AM but I received 7.40AM and she did not say sorry. The check out was 10.00AM. We packed everything and started to go down at 10.02AM but she knocked the door really...

Lovely B&B with amazing service. The room I stayed in was prefect and had everything I needed for my stay. The choice of breakfast available was also perfect with everything i could have wished for. I would definitely stay here again and would recommended it to anyone staying in St Austell.

Wanted a 'cheap and cheerful' place as a base for a mini-break. The Arches was one of the few affordable B and B's in the area and proved to be a great find. It was a short walk in to St Austell and perfect for everything we needed. Nikki was really friendly and helpful and the room was very clean...

We chose the Arches as our base for a 3 day sightseeing trip around Cornwall. The location was ideal although on a noisy main road. Nikki does a wonderful job as hostess and makes you feel welcome in her home. The room we had was compact but comfortable and well suited our needs. Breakfast was a treat with an extensive...
