We stayed here last weekend and had a lovely stay. the B&B is perfectly located and had parking. The room was perfect and Ray the owner was very helpful and friendly and even made us breakfast to order. Would recommend and stay again. Thanks Alex & Patricia

The choice of B&B is somewhat of a lottery because you never really know what sort of accommodation it will be. Some good, some not so good and rarely the downright awful. Also the way in which a B&B is described depends on the age and tastes of the reviewer. The reason I became a reviewer was because of a...

We drove from Devon to Cornwall to visit the Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan and wanted a place to stay overnight so as not to cram it all in a day. This accommodation is no frills and not fancy, and definitely not for those looking for a luxury stay but it met our needs. It was reasonably priced,...

We stayed 4 nights in the nursery which was a lovely spacious room. If you want eccentric this is the place to stay. Ray the host is very friendly and we enjoyed listening to his stories over breakfast and chatting with the other guests sharing stories. Would stay again if in the area but found out if we had booked...

We stayed for 2 nights at the Sedgemoor and thoroughly enjoyed or time in Cornwall. Ray is a great if eccentric host. This B & B is ideally situated halfway between The Lost Gardens of Heligan & The Eden Project. Very reasonably priced and a great breakfast (provided you want it at 08.30 as that is the assumed time for...

Stayed one night while viewing properties in the area. Loved our stay there, and our host - and his lovely dog Blue. Excellent full breakfast. Room was decorated in beautiful sailboat theme. Highly recommended.

The b & b is situated 5 min walk from st Austel on the Bodmin Rd. There is parking available. The owner is lovely but somewhat eccentric with rigid timings for breakfast etc. We were asked what we wanted for breakfast the night before but despite detailing what we received was different to what we ordered. The house is attractive...

My friend and I were accommodated in the Maid's Quarters, the twin room at Sedgemoor Heights B&B. We had a very pleasant stay indeed. Our room was quite unique in displaying the craftwork of the owner couple, and paintings by family. The artistic impetus extended into the lovely Victorian dining room, where we breakfasted. This is a feast for the...

After booking tickets for a concert at the Eden Project, thought it would be nice to stay over. Coming from Dawlish it took about an hour an half and we found it really easy to get too. Its not overly "fancy" but clean, friendly, quiet and very inviting. A lovely courtyard opposite the little house where the 3 rooms available...
