Beautiful grounds. Woodland lodge spotless with everything you could need plus bread butter jam and coffee etc when you arrive. Very peaceful and close to everything. Easy to find too! Didn't try spa facilities but they looked great. Also didn't eat here so can't comment

Myself and my partner recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend away and were very impressed with the setting and friendly staff throughout the hotel. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the very friendly night receptionist and we loved our room. The spa was lovely and the dinner in the Arboretum was delicious! Also very efficient...

From the time you arrive at the hotel reception to collect the keys you know you are going to have a great time. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. (However you will be surprised by how tall the reception desk is - not sure who designed it !!) We stayed at the 2 bedroom victorian cottage but there...

Loved this hotel. My partner and I went for a short break. The surroundings are peaceful and soothing. The spa facilities are excellent. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with gorgeous views. The food here is also excellent and the service from the staff is friendly and of a high standard. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Stayed for just one night on the Celebration Package. Really friendly welcome from reception and also great service from waiting staff when we ate dinner in The Arboretum restaurant. We had a superb meal from start to finish. Enjoyed the spa, will definitely be back.

Myself, ex-husband, three sons, daughter, her boyfriend and our 3-year old grandson had Sunday lunch at this lovely Hotel recently. We made a last minute booking, and am very glad we did! The service was great; friendly, very efficient but unobtrusive, and for £20 a head, we had the best value, tastiest Sunday lunch I've had for a long time....

My Husband took me to Cornwall Spa as a surprise for my birthday this year. It was absolutely amazing and we both had a wonderful experience. The service was fantastic, our room was pure luxury and the food was just delicious. We cannot wait to go back!

Still here on holiday in a suite called the clemintine. Decoration is bad carpet shabby and dirty, furniture well worn as paint peeling off. Size of room is good but paid avg £170 per night. This room has no real divide to the entrance of main walk way to resturant so 2 coach loads of people and noise for a few...

Had a break here in the last 7 days, booked through secret escapes on the premise that it's a luxury hotel, still cost £350 for two nights but isn't luxury, let me explain, the room was only ok, no aircon, a black table that was tatty and had seen better days, a blue framed mirror on top of the table...
