My boyfriend and I stayed here fore valentines day 2015. We had a lovely stay, and I was able to tie this in with a group on voucher for use of spa facilities and a treatment. The facilities are excellent and the group on voucher was such good value for money, we even booked another treatment before we left the...

We stayed in the new part of the hotel, bed was huge! Decor was fantastic and all was clean and well maintained. Room service was prompt. Spa was quite small but very nice and all you need. Massges were lovely! Had the lava shell and the Indian head, both very relaxing and the girls were very friendly and professional. Good...

We spent 5 days here on a Secret Escapes deal between 21st and 25th June and we loved it! The greeting we had from the girl on Reception was very friendly, the waiter who served us on the Terrace was so helpful giving us local knowledge of hidden places to visit, namely Charlestown, used for the filming of Poldark. Our...

We spent 10 days there recently. It is a nice hotel with excellent facilities and grounds. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. I thought it was a bit overpriced but overall I would recommend it to anyone visiting St Austell

The Cornwall Hotel looked very promising, situated in a landscaped park with an impressive entrance and garden. We had a lovely swim in the wonderful Spa which is superb. However, when we booked for dinner, we were a bit disappointed that the windows overlooked a grotty area with dustbins in sight. We had no idea that the wait between starter...

Not a good experience! When we checked in we were asked to pay full bill, OK. Then told that we would either have to have £300 taken from our credit card to charge drinks and food to room or pay cash? Good for their cash flow! Have been asked for credit card details to guarantee charges never had money pre-purchase...

The setting for this hotel is fantastic and you probably need more time to appreciate the facilities. As we were out all day to fairly late I was unfortunately unable to use the pool etc., and it appeared from the map to be quite a way from the accommodation and as I have arthritis it would have been a problem....

We were fortunate enough to have this break bought for us as a gift. We arrived in the Friday afternoon after work and we're made to feel very welcome by the staff, who offered to help us with luggage. The woodland superior room we were in was stunning! Extra large comfortable bed, gorgeous bathroom in your bedroom with separate wc....

I booked a Luxury Double on the second floor of the Woodland rooms for my partners 30th birthday surprise and we were thrilled with our visit. Well equipped room with a beautiful bed (pillows were a bit odd, perhaps a choice of alternate pillows i.e harder would be nice) decor and bathroom. Water pressure in the shower was average but...

We stayed at the Cornwall hotel at the end of June for our 1st wedding anniversary, we requested a nice view from the woodland room and this was definetley listened too as the view was lovely over the gardens. On arrival check in was prompt, perhaps not greeted as warmly as we hoped and no mention of it being our...
