Nice hotel, but it's an absolute pain that every time I stay here I have to call for reception to get the TV working. It's gone from a joke to an irritation, now very frustrating! Come on management, pull your socks up!

Went for our 2year anniversary and really enjoyed it, the staff were very helpful prior to arrival with arranging prosecco and chocolates in the room. Also added a romantic touch with towels in a heart shape with rose petals scattered over the bed. This was a secret escape deal for 2 nights with full Cornish breakfast and a £25 floating...

Came here to celebrate my other halves 30th Birthday, and booked a one night celebration package! Couldn't be more pleased by what we received! Room to a high standard, gorgeous bottle of champagne on arrival, rose petals everywhere, and a a gorgeous view. We had booked a meal in the restaurant, and have never had food like it! The best...

Ok stay but just average, room had a weird layout where the bathtub/shower was directly behind the bed in a open plan setting, also the room was always very warm and when you have a shower the steam from the hot water would disperse all around the room and leave a damp moggy feel for a couple of hours. The...

Great two night stay at this quiet little hotel tucked down behind what looks like a retail park!! Double bedroom in the Woodside Lodge was spacious, clean and comfortable with a massive bed, fantastic shower and lovely balcony over looking the beautiful grounds. Lovely assortment of teas and coffee with complimentary biscuits, but the toiletries were a bit disappointing -...

Came here for a weekend with the girls, the lodges are lovely, spotless and modern, cannot fault it for the price. The spa was one of the best I have been to, the lava shell massage was the best I've ever had!

The hotel itself is pleasant, with good facilities and it’s in a great location. However, it is let down by poor customer service and a lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms. The day before our visit I tried booking a table for dinner but had to leave a message on the answer machine. No one from the hotel called...

Fantastic Hotel, very friendly and helpful Staff, situated well away from the road which only adds to the sounds of the countryside. Only down side was no 'air con' and only a patio door which we had to leave slightly ajar for cooling air. (but only a small complaint). Rooms were lovely and clean.

Really cannot say anything negative about our stay. We wanted to have a very special break for my wife's 60th birthday. We stayed in one of the rooms in the main White House which had a spectacular view over the front lawn. The room was lovely, spotless, and furnished to a very high quality. All of the staff were
