From the moment we arrived we had a fantastic time. Hotel was lovely, staff all extremely friendly and helpful and the Spa was great! Thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Thank you for a wonderful time....you made our first visit to Cornwall memorable.

We have visited the Cornwall Estate for short breaks on several occasions and each time we have left feeling completely relaxed and looking forward to our next stay. Being located just outside St Austell makes it ideal for visiting many of the quieter parts of Cornwall - that is if you can bear to leave the hotel! For all of...

Have tried to be fair in this review & after discussing with my wife the main failing is in staff training. Arrived yesterday & problems even from check-in. It would be easy to condemn the staff but they are all friendly but also over-worked. Trying to get served in the bar area is a joke & trying to sign the...

I can't rate this hotel highly enough. All the staff were lovely with our daughter, they were so friendly and helpful. The room was excellent, completely spotless and cleaned every day. The pool/gym area was also spotless, well laid out with friendly staff. Every meal we had including breakfast was first rate with great service. We thought it was excellent...

Went to the spa as a Valentines Day treat. The grounds and surrounding area are beautiful. The spa is in a separate building to the hotel and its facilities are excellent but minimal. The pool and Jacuzzi were cold which was a shame because we couldn't stay in them long. The sauna and Steam room were good and clean. There...

We stayed for 2 nights over valentines weekend & had a lovely stay. We stayed in a Deluxe room, the room was spacious with a nice balcony & view and had everything we needed including a fridge which was a nice touch. The beds were 2 singles put together which was a little dissapointing though and sligtly uncomfortable to be...

I can not rate this hotel enough! I've never stayed in a hotel with such friendly staff before, they were so helpful with everyone and they couldn't do enough for us. At dinner, they were out of the dessert I really wanted, so they sent down to the other restaurant to get it for me without me asking, and didn't...

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Yummy food. Cannot fault this place one bit....from start to finish me and the mrs had a wonderful time. Was there for 1 night and REALLY didn't want to leave. Went as a short break for mrs birthday and had arranged flowers and chocolates and flowers to be left in room when we arrive. (Thanks Tanya...

My Husband and I returned yesterday after a lovely 2 night stay at this hotel. I booked a great deal through Secret Escapes and I have to say it was the best value for money I think I've ever had! We had a superior room which was clean, modern and well decorated, complete with a balcony too, although it's probably...

My boyfriend and I booked a two night package with breakfast, dinner & spa through a third party website. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel relaxed and very welcome in this lovely hotel and estate. We stayed in one of the woodland rooms, very spacious, clean and modern but still cosy and comfortable. Dinner in the...
