We had a great time at Boscundle Manor, and would recommend it. We dined in the Main dining room one night and the 'breakfast room' on another night, as we had been warned that there was a special function on. It didn't compromise the service or the meal (which is often a risk). We stayed in one of the nicest...

We wanted a couple of days away and searched deals on Amazon. This hotel appealed straight away. Although normally this would be an unaffordable luxury, the deal offered was excellently priced, and on our arrival the Owner, David informed us of a upgrade to a suite (superb). We had an excellent meal in the hotel that night, even though there...

I first booked this for a meal for my son and daughter-in-law. They were so full of praise for the quality of service and their meal that when we had the opportunity to go we jumped at it. Our meal was so fantastic that we went again the following week. We then had the opportunity of a short break here...

The garden of this hotel was lovely, but the rooms were in much need of refurbishment. Dinner was mostly good, but the service could be slow, with staff clearly over stretched. Breakfast was well below standard. Worse thing of all was the cost of cocktails, the most expensive, by a long way, I have ever been charged anywhere, we couldn't...

We had a superb two days at Boscundle Manor, fantastic suite, delightful swimming pool and an intimate restaurant. If you want to visit the Eden Project this is an ideal base as it is only a short(ish) walk, but take stout footwear!

We booked due to the location and the AA rosettes, as we do not have a car and wanted to eat in house. Prior to arriving we had one room upgraded to a suite due to a wedding, so we were in a good mood. On arrival we were informed that there was no chef for the evening meal. We...

I felt compelled to write a review for 2 reasons, 1. there is review on here by blush1980 that had me concerned prior to going and i think it only fair to balance it out with our experience, 2. our day was so lovely that the staff deserve some recognition. Myself and my partner had a voucher bought for us...

This was a last minute one night stop over, with Cornwall being so busy this time of year, we wanted a quiet, comfortable and chic country location, and lucky to find a room at all. What a find this hotel was, it was such a shame we didn't arrive till late in the evening, and had to be away by...
