This hotel is good if you are looking for a "no frills" room on a budget. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast and evening meals were more than adequate. The only downside is external noise as the hotel is located next to a KFC and McDonalds.

We stayed for 4 nights in mid-January. The price out-of-season was good as was the location. Room was clean and staff pleasant. Experience let down by (a) non-working shower (clearly broken and an attempted bodge repair carried out) which we only discovered when under the shower in the morning; (b) room temperature - we had to have heating off and...

Clean, warm and comfortable room. Staff extremely friendly and approachable. Food just wonderful. Unlimited breakfast was great! Also I noticed the staff constantly checking the temperature of the food. Only downside is it can be a bit noisy with boy racers at night outside.

Booked a room last minute as we were visiting friends and this hotel was the only one available. Pet-friendly which was really handy but the rooms were so hot it was impossible to have an enjoyable stay! There were a couple of fans available in the room but as there were only 2 outlets we had to compromise on plugging...

The hotel was very clean and very comfortable . The only complaint was the room was too hot even with the heating off and there was not any power sockets next to the bed. Other than than a great value place to stay.

Very good room, close to town, ample parking with plenty of room in each parking space. WI-FI was ok bit slow at times but well worth the £3 a day. All you can eat breakfast was great with plenty of variety from fruit juice, fresh fruit salad, cereals, Wh & Br bread for toast and hot press contained a variety...

The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. There were a couple of things we wanted to change in the room and they were done very quickly. The breakfast staff were equally helpful and cheerful. There's some traffic noise but nothing abnormal.

We stayed on Sunday 1st. The room was very clean. The bedding and towels were really clean and white. The reception staff were very helpful. Only downside just 30 mins of free Wifi, then you had to pay, ok only £3 but this is the 21st century and there are not many hotel/motel chains that don't give free wifi!

Really noisy location lots of boy racers in car park until the early hours so had to shut window which made room too hot and there was no air conditioning. Pillows on bed very uncomfortable so not a great nights sleep.
