We stayed here for 2 nights in a family room. Myself, my husband and two children. The room was clean and set up with the travel cot that we asked for, the only thing is the room was far too hot. The rooms have no air con so there was a desk fan placed on the table - not really...

The rooms were so hot and did not have air conditioning. It made for a very uncomfortable stay. We were not offered an air conditioning unit but upon checking out we noticed other guests were. The breakfast was ok but most items were cold and hard and had been left out too long

We stayed here for 2 nights won't again, arrived in the evening staff friendly and welcoming but room had a fousty smell which seemed to come from the mobile air con which was also noisy so we switched it off, the smell did not improve and the room became very warm very quickly. Second night asked if the air con...

Stayed in this hotel as a base to travel around area. Very well situated for Lost Gardens of Heligan, Lanhydrock, Eden, etc. Car park is busy as is on an estate with Costa, KFC and McDonalds but always managed to park OK. Room was clean and free parking but have to register your car numberplate on a screen at reception....

First time we have used Travelodge, an overall very pleasant experience. We recommend the full english breakfast, it is unlimited, so nobody can complain about leaving hungry. The room was clean, warm and comfortable. Only gripes were , WiFi connection was a bit of a pallaver, and Travelodge is on a busy junction making entry and exit tricky.

Arrived here after a 6 hour journey with a toddler 45mins before checkin and was greeted by a 'no checkin until 3pm' so we drove away for 45mins! The room was hot, stuffy with no air con (hottest day of the year) so breathing was a challenge. They pride themselves on a 'good nights sleep' but between the lack of...

We have stayed here 5 times, staff always welcoming, dog friendly, car park can get very full but always find a space. Rooms were fine this time if it's cool outside but if its hot outside the rooms are very very hot even with fans / potable aircon.

As a family staying at your St. Austell branch, We have been quite displeased with several issues we have had during our stay. On arrival, the WiFi system was down. Luckily, we were heading straight back out after booking, but it did make making arrangements to meet family a little difficult. In the evening we visited the restaurant to feed...
