I stayed overnight at the White Hart in a lovely room. The staff where brilliant. I can't thank them enough for all they did for me whilst I was there. Its just a shame that the breakfast did not match the excellent quality and high standard of service provided by the staff. I would recommend people stay there but Im...

We stopped over here for two nights so we could visit the Eden Project and were not disappointed. The hotel which has been recently renovated was very pleasant with friendly helpful staff. The evening meal and breakfasts we had were very tasty and filling. The bar was well stocked with our favourite ales and gins, would definitely return if we...

We have stayed here several years ago, just after we left Cornwall but it wasn't very comfortable. However, we stayed again just recently (August 2016) and we were blown away! The rooms are very comfortable and the power shower is awesome! The staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast cooked to order and beautifully presented with attentive waiting staff. Couldn't fault...

Had a lovely lunch through the week but as an ex publican, I found watching all the staff very entertaining! My guess and hope would be, it was their first day on the job, as they were all so very clueless! Food was fab! Atmosphere was fab and waiting time for food was a pleasant surprise. Will go again even...

What A Little Gem! I work away a lot and I'm tired of the things too many hotels get wrong! This place however is perfect. The plates were heated, the beer had a head in it, the whole place is clean and pretty looking, the staff are well spoken (without being pretentious), attentive and polite. I would love to stay...

A beautifully decorated hotel in the heart of St Austell. The staff are very helpful. The room is elegant and clean. The location is brilliant, plus there is a private free car park across the road, though space are limited. The building is old so there was the odd issue with creaky floorboards above and it also prevented access to...

Came here for an early dinner and ended up staying for over two hours! The restaurant itself is very well decorated and furnished. The food was delicious - particularly the dessert! What stood out here was the amazing service. All staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The cocktails are really good too!

Stayed here on Saturday 30th July. Had a very comfortable night's stay here on 30th July. Stayed with my husband and two adult children. We stayed in the 4 bed room 'Brake' room number 7, and it was a very easy stay with plenty of room. The welcoming man on reception who checked us in was very officious and efficient...

Thank you so much for your kind review, we appreciate the feedback and I will pass this on to the team. We have asked our staff after this review to point out the Fresh Fruit to our guests as sometimes this is missed as it is now being kept in the fridge due to the near tropical weather we have...
