Perfectly located, Gwyndra is a five minute walk from the bus/train station and a ten minute walk from the centre of town so makes a perfect base if you plan to use public transport to explore Cornwall. It's also very near to Charlestown and the road to Liskeard and Bodmin if you want to use the car. All rooms have...

We highly recommend Gwyndra House. The location is ideal, being literally a minute's walk from the train/bus station. We received a lovely welcome, the room was lovely with a very comfortable and spacious bed, plenty of space and an en suite with very nice shower. Everything was very clean. Gwyndra House is located so close to the railway station that you can see the house almost as soon as you walk out of the station. My friend and I had received the warmest welcome we've ever had from B&B. This is the B&B that beats all B&B - I cannot recommend it highly enough. The breakfast is gorgeous as...

Gwyndra House is located near to the bus and railway stations in St Austell, from where we found it to be easy to get to Charlestown, Mevagissey, St Mawes, Truro, and Falmouth. The accommodation is excellent: convenient location, a spotless and large room with walk-in shower/WC; tasty breakfast and very friendly and hospitable proprietors. It is only ten minutes walk...

Only stayed here for 2 nights on a weekend trip down to see The Eden Project. We had a bit of a hellish time travelling down, taking us 9 and a half hours drive from the North West, (Cheshire). By the time me and my mum finally got here we were not in the best of moods at all. However...

Breakfast was great every morning and Jackie went to great lengths to make sure it is exactly as you want it. The room was lovely and very clean and we had access to a lovely roof terrace if we wanted to...
