Weather was inhospitable but the welcome was superb. Our room was ready and easily accessible. This Inn and the next door pub gave excellent service. Breakfast was outstanding and the coooked meal was served very quickly. We ate two evenings during the four days of the visit ,good choice of meals. Only negative was that my "mushy peas" where inedible...

No mugs in room for coffee, easily rectified with a 500 mile walk to reception and back! . . Pub closed at 22:00 Sunday, so couldn't have anymore drinks - no other pubs near so early night it is! Breakfast Monday, no hot buffet so no all you can eat just pre cooked to order - again disappointing. No sports...

Location perfect for Eden project, st Austell and surrounding towns. Great food and drink steps away from the hotel at the Carclaze and again lovely staff. Made us all feel welcome including our 2 yr old daughter, also lush breakkie! Room was good and bed comfy, Only thing we were on ground floor room 9 and very noisy guests upstairs...

This is a recently extended Premier Inn on the outskirts of the town. It met all of our expectations and our room was one of the new ones. The downside of this however was that it was a significant walk to get there with multiple staircases and no lift. We were warned about this beforehand. The meal deal at the...

Clean room, friendly staff and great service. Only down side was that restaurant for breakfast and evening meal is in a separate building - which although only within the distance of the car park can mean you get wet if the weather not so good as it should be! Once there the staff are efficient and the food quality and...

This is our favourite Premier Inn to stay in, both in regards to the location and the friendly staff. They are the most helpful and happy of all the Premier Inn staff we have encountered and really do care that you have a good stay. The location is fantastic for exploring most of Cornwall, especially the Eden Project and Lost...

Having stayed nere a number of times before we had no problems staying again. Rooms are clean and comfortable but they do need updating a little now. Pity they only have 2 rooms in the entire complex that have shower only as we find it hard to clamber in and out of their very deep baths. Do people really prefer...

!st Time at this location and wont be the last! In a smashing location on top of hill with superb sea views over the bay by St. Austell. The room was spotlessly clean and seemed a bit bigger than usual. The meal deal was very good value and lovely food. Felt very well looked after. Will deffinately return next time...
