We were vacationing from the States and just wanted to thank the very kind and friendly staff at St Austell Premier Inn. 'Miss Lisa' in particular greeted us and was very helpful. All the staff were great, but one petite young lady, please forgive me for forgetting her name, but she went out of her way to help with our...

Noisy corridor floor, rude staff in pub next door (food ok though but limited menu I.e. Same every night) bed really uncomfortable and herd of elephants in room above could hear everything! Room to hot could not adjust thermostat had to leave windows open all the time! Miles from any other pubs restaurants etc.

The hotel is everything you would expect from a Premier Inn - clean, spacious and super comfy beds, but the staff here are brilliant, they are always so friendly, helpful and welcoming. Simona was tested to the extreme on our most recent stay when a major electrical failure in the middle of the night meant she had to deal with...

Excellent service from all the staff, nothing was too much trouble for any of them. We ate all our meals there which were all very good. We have already booked to go there again just after Christmas. Thank you.

Woken at 2am by thermostat shorting out. Followed by the TV blowing up and filing the room with smoke. The smoke alarms failed to work and we were plunged into darkness. Had to crawl around on the floor in the pitch black trying to pack. Coridoor stank of drugs consta tly. We were in a new extension that was less...

Premier Inn was up to standard as always. with very friendly staff. The Carclaze restaurant provided good food at a reasonable price and the service by the staff was excellent. Be aware of the noise from the traffic nearby. Location good for visiting both Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Helligan and everywhere in-between!!

Stayed here for three days with work colleagues and we were made to feel so welcome by staff at the hotel and the pub next door. Good location for nearby Charlestown and Mevagissey. Room 120 has a sea view and is quiet. First time at a Prem Inn I have ever found a towel sculpture and a poem left by...

Hotel and Staff were great. Premium and free wifi would not stay connected. This was very annoying. Premium wifi is £15 a week or £5 a day. Went for the week... Breakfast was pricey so we didn't have it. Partner is gluten free, so last night there we tried the restaurant. They were really accommodating and built her a meal...
