Have been with clc may times to this resort and always really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately times have changed and the whole place seems to have lost its sparkle. Evenings are like a ghost town no guest around all bars and restaurants closed real shame. Used to be a great place to socialise and meet friends but this is the...

This was our 2nd time here and the place it still lovely, very relaxed and great for a quiet holiday. We stayed in a 3 bed premier lodge and you get everything you need. However the only facilities now available is the pool & spa. So this leaves very little to do in the evening without driving every night. There...

Loved Hustyns when we visited the last 2 times but you seem trapped that there is no bar , restaurant etc. Lucky we had gone in 2 cars and shared driving. Standards around the the resort are poor and the lodge we stayed at need a lick of paint but still a fabulous lodge especially the upstairs suite.

A fantastic lunch for the family. The surroundings of the hotel and facilities are in a picturesque area. Walking around after lunch, Hustyns has so much to offer, and the leisure facilities look great. A place to stay for a minimum of a long weekend

Had a lovely 5 day break in a luxury 3 bedroom lodge here It's a shame the hotel is closed but made use of the swimming Pool sauna and steam room . You do need a car here but plenty of lovely walks and places to visit as Hustyns is off the beaten track. A good visit is Padstow Bodmin...

I really like Hustyns and was disappointed when the hotel/ restaurant closed. We are members and regularly use the pool moreso than anything. It's usually relatively quiet so I can actually swim without constant stopping unlike the dragon centre, regardless of what time I go. The water is warmer than dragon too which is ideal for young children:My toddler used...

Thank you for taking the time to post your review, and for your positive comments regarding the pool facilities and staff. Although the brasserie is closed, we do still offer teas, coffees and other general snacks. We always ensure we have two fully trained lifeguards on duty within the resort. I shall pass on your comments regarding children’s use of...

Hustyns is located on St Breock Downs, between Bodmin and Wadebridge. Although the hotel is now closed, all the other facilities are still open, which includes a well equipped health spa, indoor swimming pool, tennis court, crazy golf, children's play area and many others. There are 28 superbly equipped lodges (with wi-fi) and acres of beautiful private gardens and woodlands....

Invited by friends to these lovely lodges set in the Cornwall countryside, the lodge we stayed in was 3 bedroom, 2 en-suite with large open plan kitchen, diner, living area. Well maintained and very comfortable, clean and with all the mod cons. Very nice garden area with lots of friendly birds and wild life. There is a lovely 20 metre...

On making the booking we were informed that hotel facilities weren't available but we should report to the Leisure reception. So we arrived at Hustyns and expected to see signs to the Leisure Reception, but nothing. On entering the actual hotel building where the hotel reception is totally closed with private no entry signs at various points/doors, there was an...

Spent a week in a luxury holiday property on the Hustyns estate. Beautiful well manicured surroundings. Lovely woodland walks. Top class gym and swimming pool. Polite and helpful staff. Would definitely visit again. Please note although the hotel accommodation and restaurant is no longer available (ceased trading in Feb) this in no way detracts from a stay in the wonderful...
