The room was beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless, the theme being Balinese. The appliances were excellent and the bathroom adequately supplied with everything one would need. The bed was comfortable. The television was rather small and placed in a position where the best place to watch it was sitting on the bed as the settee seemed a long way away...

Loved our room! Spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable. This was a lovely overnight stop over. Short walk to the river. Lovely area to walk and take in the river views. Little extras like pool towels and robes were provided, which was nice. It was however just a little bit noisy (road noise). The room however made up for this :)

Was the room we occupied. It was spacious, well furnished and very comfortable. Decor was in the Balinese style, as the name suggests. The fittings were new. The place was spotless. Everything was provided, including pool towels and robes. It was great to have a swim after a long drive. This motel is within walking distance of great restaurants. One...

Absolutely loved this place. The room had a Bali feel, with bamboo flooring & wooden window shutters. The pool was really clean & loved the covered outdoor area where we were every night. Rooms are immaculate, wonderful shower, thick towels & dressing gowns. Loved it

Stayed here on an overnight stop to Queensland. From the first experience with check in to the departure we were extremely impressed with the staff, hotel and amenities. We were personally shown to our room and all features were explained , right down to all the remote controls. I have stayed in 5 star hotels overseas and have never had...

Nothing special. It's tidy and clearly recently refurbished. A pleasant place to stay for us on a road trip. Air conditioner could have done with some maintenance as it made a rattle whilst being used.

I found my stay at Ballina Palms boutique very very disappointing. As a traveller I expect to feel welcome and treated with courtesy when checking into a motel after driving over 9 hours in a day. The service that was offered to be was unfriendly, not to mention that I paid top dollar to have a room with a door...

Easy to find but appalling customer service. There were large gaps under the door to the room from outside which I did not like, I used some clothes to to prevent creepie crawlies / snakes from getting in. Pool was unusable, looked like it had not been cleaned for weeks. On arrival we were asked whether we would like pay...
