You would receive a much higher rating from me if wifi had been included, there is no excuse not to have free wifi in 2017. The grounds were simply stunning however and absolutely lovely for a morning walk.

The service we received was very good. The room was clean and very comfortable. Our room was facing the golf course. The location was good and within 150km from Sydney and couple of kms from Bowral town centre. We enjoyed the stay very much.

Just spent a long weekend here to attend a wedding at a nearby winery. We didn't eat here though we did have drinks in one of the lounges with other wedding guests. Pros Lovely location in beautiful garden surrounds next to a nine hole golf course. Check in and out went smoothly. Cons Advertises wifi but wasn't free. Who charges...

We were not advised that we had booked a non air-conditioned room. Beauty Spa treatments are advertised even in the rooms but no longer available. Very uncomfortable two night stay. The dining room was alright for breakfast but way too hot for dinner so we did not eat there.

I recently was a guest at the peppers Craigeburn in the Southern Highlands. After staying in many of the Peppers Resorts over the years, I expect the Peppers brand and quality that is consistent with their accomodation pricing. Unfortunately, whilst the gardens are beautiful the accomodation is nothing but a cheap hotel which has had the "peppers" name attached to...

We booked 2 nights at Peppers and were given a room in the Elms Wing. It was a scorcher of a day and when I booked this hotel no one told me that there was no air conditioning in the room. There was a ceiling fan only. Well, was it hot? There was a balcony but you couldn't leave the...

The original property was quite small which has been extended. We paid extra for a balcony room but we hadn't realised this was not a private balcony, we had a side door onto the balcony shared by other rooms and to sit down we would be in front of someones room. The seating was also very low, but it was...
