Great place in the gorgeous Brunswick Heads for a 1-2 night stay. Our room was not air conditioned, ( we were aware Of this) but had a felling fan, quite small but spotlessly clean and neat... would have been good to have some milk for our morning cuppa, but that's just being picky... lovely outdoor BBQ area and nice wee...

I stayed at this motel earlier this month by myself for a few nights. Very good location close to shops, beach, cafes and very close to the IGA. On my last day I had to get a shuttle bus from the Main Street to the airport, the owner let me keep all my bags in the office until the time...

Had a great 2 night stay here with my husband child and baby. Room was clean simple and comfortable. Pool was beautiful with a lovely bbq area to kick back for a drink and snacks. All the staff that i had contact with were very friendly.

Thanks to the guy who welcomed me to the motel and showed me where the dog beach was as for the women who worked there.....'make sure your dog doesn't bark as there are three other dogs here and vacuum your room before you leave!!!!' Seriously, I'm paying $250 for one nights stay, vacuum it your self! Already an unfriendly attitude...

Very grateful to the friendly male manager who was helpful and gave us instructions to the off lead dog beach area, etc. The room was clean, basic and comfortable. The female manager instructed me I must vacuum the room before I left the next day because of some other dogs who had shed a lot of fur? I had to...

Wow I have never encountered such a rude person in my life! Make sure to shut the blinds straight away if your brave enough to venture in this place. My window, at the end of a row, so no foot traffic was peeked into at least three times, the first one as I got out of the shower. I thought...

Manager was fine and helpful Rooms are very, very old and need updating so badly. Hot water takes 3-5 mins to come through but it worked at least. Good size rooms but desperately need an overhaul. Quite cool at night so we ended up keeping the air conditioning on to stay warm. Not much insulation. It wasn't bad but I'd...

Booked and stayed for 1 night with family to explore surrounding areas. Fairly clean and well maintained rooms and outdoor spaces. Bright, airy and sparse room which suited us. Good location but was on a loud main road - probably not the best for light sleepers. We had Room 12 which was suitable for 3 adults and unlike other reviews...

This was the worst place I've ever stayed. The owners were rude and unaccommodating. The rooms are old and ours was dirty. The location is average at best. There's definitely better places to stay than this and I would never stay here again.

1. DO NOT BOOK OR STAY HERE. That's the review..... Ok - a quick explanation. Booked this 'Pet Friendly' Motel for one night online with Expedia/Wotif. I entered that we were a family of 2 adults and 3 children (ages were requested and entered). We were not able to book our Seeing Eye Dog in training because there was nowhere...
