I paid for a 4 person female room and they put me in a 8 person mixed room. When I asked if I could get the money difference back, they said: sorry, cant help you, were full and can not help this. At night the airconditioning did not work. I have astma (breathing problems) so I got very sick of...

I stayed in Nomads in Byron Bay for 4 nights...by the 2nd night I wanted to leave. The jacuzzis were out of order, looks like no one even attempted to fix them, as that's what probably draws most people in. Lockers were broken. Outlets in kitchen were broken couldnt use kettle or microwave. No oven in the kitchen to,actually cook....

Nomads was a huge part of my epic time in Byron Bay. The staff were so helpful and friendly and the people I met there were incredible! It is a very social hostel. The common area is a great place to meet people and have a laugh. The hostel has loads of activities and travel giveaways. All in all the...

Booked the hostel over Easter and paid an outrageous price being over bluesfest and Easter long weekend, we had the private king room with ensuite and I was pleasantly surprised! The room was spacious and clean, shower was good and we were even provided towels and toiletries. The hostel is in a great spot right in the town, close to...

I've stayed in a few Nomads hostels in my travels across Australia and New Zealand, but few match the Nomads in Byron Bay. Clean, professional, friendly staff and rooms with balconies. It's even BYO alcohol so you can drink your favourite beverages in the hot tub or lounge in the sun in their hammocks. Eating area is massive and outside...

The hostel has a huge social presence. The rooms were pretty clean and big. Bathrooms seem to be alright for the amount of people that stay in the hostel. They stay is very friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this hostel to any person coming to Byron Bay.

Not more you can ask for from a hostel! Staff are really helpful and friendly. Moved here from artsfactory, SO much better quality accom and just as fun. Stayed in a 4 bed dorm with ensuite. Really great facilities, bathroom was the best I've seen on the east coast! Comfy beds, clean rooms.

As soon as we walked through the door we had a warm welcome by staff at the reception which was a great start. We stayed in a 6 bed ensuite room, was absolutely spotless!! We were right at the end of the corridor so was quiet at night time too... the communal areas were good, we used the kitchen for...

The Nomads in the centre of Byron Bay is a great location for any backpacker looking to enjoy the city life in Byron Bay as well as the nightlife. With the shore at a 1 minute walk and the mainstreet at the end of the street you will definitely enjoy spending your time there. The hostel itself has isn't to...

Nomads was a great place to meet people and close to the beach, and bar street. Sadly, we paid for Wifi, but it did not work, also we did have a cockroach in our room. We were not very happy about the place
