The photos don't do the place justice.... Unfortunately it's not for the better. Situated on Khancobans best location, with views to die for, sadly its been let fall into disrepair. My first room had mice and cockroaches throughout it, the room stunk and was honestly not 2 ☆. Really really poor. When I complained, the paver came back with rat...

We would have liked to have known what this customer needed during his stay so we could have an opportunity to rectify the problem. He was here for 3 nights and stayed an extra night. There were some initial problems due to the travel agent not letting us know the customer wanted a full kitchen. This is why we showed...

Fantastic views. The cabin was not fancy and could do with a bit of updating but had a washing machine, self contained kitchen, comfortable beds, enough bedding and a veranda with breath taking views. It smelt a little musty but overall was everything we needed and I would recommend it to others. We had a lovely over night stay.

We have two cabins for families or triples whom we cannot accommodate at Queens Cottage economically. This particular cabin is the older one suitable for budget families, contractors and is pet friendly being priced attractively. The guest rang from the caravan park which was full requiring price options, booking this cabin on price. This happens a number of times when...

Five years since we stayed there. It has fantastic views. It is very clean. Beds comfortable. This time we stayed in a cabin. Everything you need except long life milk. Small point. You are left in your own which to us is great. Loved it again. Not hard to find and you can cook your own meal or the Pub...

Great Views, Warm Comfortable Rooms. Very close to town. This is a nice place to stay. Especially considering Khancobin is in the middle of no where in the Snowy Mountains. Hosts were very accommodating. This is a beautiful part of the world. there is a hot spa pool on the balcony with uninterrupted views of the valley. And the breakfast...

We stayed here for 2 nights during a weekend trip through the snowy mountains. The cottage is located at the top of a hill and offers stunning views over the mountains and lake. We enjoyed some spectacular sunsets on the patio to our room. The room itself was a good size for a couple. The furnishings are a little dated...

What can we say about this place other than it was great. We had no booking but the owners were happy to help. The room (no 1) had a magnificent view, was clean and the linen was clean and crisp. We basically had the whole place to ourselves and it was great. Breakfast was self help and had a good...

Was expecting 4-star B&B as per website only to discover anything but 4-star. After a full day bike ride, was looking forward to a nice cup of coffee/tea only to find no milk (fresh or UHT) - called owned was told "we dont usually offer milk". After some discussion a small jug of milk was brought to us. Then went...

We have two cabins for families or triples whom we cannot accommodate at Queens Cottage economically. These are not star rated whereas the Queens Cottage Accommodation is 4-Star. This particular cabin is the older one suitable for budget families. The male guest rang on December 28 in peak holding period when the Queens Cottage was full for the next evening....

Arrived and no one anywhere. Note on door to phone Andrew, which we did and he told us he was in Albury & to let ourselves in to the King Suite, which we had booked. It had not been serviced and mess everywhere. Another call, try smaller Room 2, which we did. Lovely views from the private deck. We explored...

We had some misunderstandings unfortunately as the guest expected a full service property, arrived early and wasn't going out for dinner and wouldn't leave property which is why she was given room 2 with the best view and the intermittent lock. The housemaid was due to clean at 3.15 after days work at school. The guest was advised it was...

Queens room well presented. Prices quoted between husband by phone and later by wife varied in her favor. Breakfast provisions badly cooked. The wife who cooked them became suddenly unfriendly the more I talked with her. Get definite hard copy quote before booking. After breakfast I quoted price that her husband gave me over the phone, she said "good try"...
